They do a very good job, they are you only choice，and the price is reasonable， the material is very good.

We were recommended by a friend to the Drapery Shop for curtains and blinds for our new condo in Downtown. This was a 'big project' for us as the condo spans across 3 floors and with floor-to-ceiling windows in every room. We were very satisfied with the Drapery Shop as their products are excellent, service is great and price is reasonable. - Ordering process: the owner was with us the whole time (2-3 hours) in one of their stores in Vaughan, educating us the different materials / types of curtains and blinds, and recommending us the products we likeD. Following the order, I received regular updates from the owner regarding the order status. - Installation: installation was handled professionally. One of the owners will always be present during the process to ensure quality of work. They stayed as late as it takes to finish the work satisfactorily and kept the place clean when they left - After-sale: they are always very reachable for any problems after-sale. Products: they carry reputable brands, such as Hunter Douglas etc. The owners are very honest and helpful couples. On one occasion one of my window glass was smashed from outside by an accident, the property management needed to take off the glass and told me to remove the blinds. I called the Drapery Shop, after explaining the situation, they came the next morning during their personal time to help me resolve the problem. I would definitely recommend the Drapery Shop to anyone who needs curtains and blinds for their home or office.

We recently had three different bay window treatments completed by the Drapery Shop and we were very happy with the experience and the results. First of all, the whole process was professional and transparent -- fees, receipts and credits for the initial visit/measuring were all made clear, as was the timing of each visit and installation, and there was no "upselling" to pricier options. (Christina discreetly let us know when our attention turned from some cheaper fabrics to more expensive ones so there wouldn't be any surprises.) The staff of The Drapery Shop are definitely of the "measure twice, cut once" school -- in fact, they literally came out to measure twice just in case some other renos had affected their initial measurements. We got the advice and products we needed based on each different window and room; for example, we had the same curtains installed in the living room and dining room, but in the dining room, where we never need to close the curtains, she advised side panels only with the sheers, while the room with windows that face the street got full panels. Christina spent a lot of time at our home looking at our rooms/paint colours and going over different options. She brought a ton of swatch books to our house and we also visited the showroom twice, which helped with picking out rods and pleat styles. Her advice was unobtrusive but insightful -- we definitely didn't feel we were being steered towards a particular look, but when we needed guidance she was able to give it to us. Most importantly, the end result is gorgeous in every case. We went for two quite different looks and styles and both were perfectly executed and look better than we had dared to expect. They're really beautiful, suit the rooms and operate smoothly. We will definitely turn to The Drapery Shop for future work and would recommend them to others.

Bought from them 2 years ago with good experience. (My purchase review: https://homestars.com/companies/2812512-the-drapery-shop/reviews/259384) Recently we had some issues with one blind I think it's a design flaw (abeit small) from Hunter-Douglas, perhaps also because of the daily heavy usage, the chip connector on the pulling string often fell off. I've discussed the situation with Faye and she took the time to contact the manufacturer for sending me the new connectors, as well as had her brother come to my place. He was able to install a quick fix to our satisfaction. Thank you both!

The assembling and installation work was done years back when I purchase my new home. When I found out there was one small connection piece on the shutter was broken few days ago, I could not believe the Drapery Shop guy still came to my house, took out the shutter and returned it to the manufacture for repairs. Week later, he came back with the shutter fixed and installed for me with NO CHARGE at all. I couldn't thank them enough for taking care of their customers even after years of the job done.

Products are high quality and perfect fit all the windows. After installing the curtains and blinds my house looks like a real warm home. Very satisfied the service, sells rep was very professional and she was so patient to provide the proper advises. This is a excellent purchase experience. Definitely recommend to my friends!

My wife and I were looking for high quality blinds and curtain rods that could last long and still look good after years but our budget was limited so we couldn't go for those top brands. Christina gave us wonderful alternatives so we were able to afford those products sharing similar look amd function as top brands. We can enjoy our new home now! Good quality and great service. Worth every penny ! Also want to mention that the installer is a nice guys who likes to give a hand for help.
