After new sod was laid, we had concerns on levelness of lawn, too low and too high in places. Disappointed that voicemail messages to the Ian and Sean as well as texts, went unanswered. Was contacted only after my review was read which I have since edited in a slightly more favourable light. The lawn looks good but I will still have to address some of the issues in due course.

I called Lemon Tree Landscaping after seeing the awesome job they did on my sister's lawn. Lemon Tree landscapes arranged a date and finally came to my lawn for a complete teardown of my existing lawn and soil preparation. Their work was very professional and they removed all traces of the previous lawn and prepared it with top soil and aeration. The following day they arrived early and installed the new sod. At first there were gaps in between the sod but after following the sod care instructions on the site and waiting one and a half months, the sod now looks seamless and there are no gaps. Awesome job guys. Thank you!

We would recommend Lemon Tree Landscapes! The crew showed up on time and were very respectful. The job carried out was spot on and to the described work order. As the title suggests, amazing service and professionalism.

Lemon tree came to our property to propose a quote for us based on our 1000 Square foot lawn space in our backyard. The quote was efficiently sent, on time and as suggested. The work was carried out in equal fashion, including, but not limited to grading issues we had in our corner backyard. I’m super pleased with the outcome. This review is for work carried out in August of 2020. The lawn still looks fantastic - we followed the lawn care instructions provided by Lemon tree.

Lemon tree provided us with exceptional service. The team was so assertive and answered all our questions. We really love our backyard again! They are now working on our neighbors properties based on our referral ;>. Excellent job. Would recommend. 10/10

We hire this company to do our front and back lawn and they did a horrible job. We wanted to make it safer for our kid but they created more hazard with a HORRIBLE job. We tried to contact Sean, he replied on the first message but stop replying after we sent pictures. Sod is not level work the interlock, some section is the full height of the interlock and some section the sod is higher than the interlock. They sod are not install properly, they are not staggered and a LOT of the corner are lifted/air pocket. They didn’t use roller to assist bond as for their quote. Please save you time and money, these guys are jokes. You would think it’s not possible to f’up with simple sod install but these guys totally don’t know what they are doing.

My Wife and I contacted Lemon Tree for my home landscape design idea(s) that I had. They did an amazing job of piecing together each item on my want list. If they didn't provide a particular service (my eaves-troughs) they would find a reputable company to make sure the whole project is finished. A+ to Ian, Sean and crew!! Thank you! All the best

Found Lemon Tree Landscapes here on Homestars and was impressed by the reviews. I contacted them for a quote in late March to remove and replace the sod at the front of my home. They gave me a quote that was competitive and we decided we would go ahead with the project. The date of the project was scheduled for early May on a specific date. That day came and went and nobody showed up. I sent them an email and their response to me was that they were behind by a couple of days but would call me the next day to re-book. I was completely fine with that and understand the beginning of the season is busy. I waited three more days and sent another email. They never got back to me after subsequently sending three more emails and we're now at the end of May. I called the phone numbers on their website and eventually got through to someone. They had my information and told me someone would call me tomorrow. No call. We desperately tried to book the project with anther company and was advised it wouldn't be until the end of summer. I committed to Lemon Tree and they left us high and dry. Fortunately we contacted a company who committed to mid July. They called us and advised they had a cancellation and could be at my place the next day at 9am. They showed up at 9am, completed the job in four hours and left no trace of them being there other than a fantastic looking lawn. The price was competitive and their communication was great. Lemon Tree I'm not sure what happened. Not sure how you get 10/10 and then leave a customer high and dry with no response. I committed to your service and you left me scrambling in the end. I felt I needed to write this as it was the appropriate thing to do.

I recently had our backyard sod replaced by Lemontree, and was exceptionally satisfied with the end results. Sean, Ian and the crew did a fantastic job ripping out our old, half dead sod and replacing it. From the estimate to the end product, the overall experience was very postive, with the crew giving us a new 900+ square foot space to enjoy complete in quick time. Five stars for these guys, well deserved!

You guys need lawn signs! Superior service. They removed all the ugly weeds down the side of my house and my backyard. I would definitely recommend to others. Green-green grass. My lawn looks fabulous. I’ve recommended LTL to my neighbors.
