Kimberly is great! I've been working with Maid4condos for over a year and during this COVID times their attention to detail is even more impeccable! She and I maintain physical distance, and she's wearing gloves and face mask at all times...EXTREMELY PLEASED and thankful with her and her service :)

On June 16, 2020 MARIA was assigned to clean my basement apartment and washroom. MARIA was polite and asked several times if I would check to see if her work was satisfactory...yes it was! The washroom and shower are spotless. The stairs were also washed. Thank you and I hope she returns for the next appointment.

I had a great first deep clean with Maid4 Condos. Romero did an amazing job and was very thorough. It was well worth getting the extra oven clean - it looks like new. Look forward to my next clean in a couple of weeks.

Great team, came in, knew what they were doing and did a great job. We had a little issue as they were delayed, but the owner was very responsive.in the end we were very happy. Gloria, Isabel and Andrea were great.

I think I started to request help from Maid4Coorms about a year ago and since then they’ve never disappointed. Most of the time the same person comes for about 3-4 times for my cleaning services (which I chose to receive once every two weeks) and then someone else comes another 3-4 times. This time it was Euler and Cristina. They did a marvellous job and they were really good with my dog too. They even emptied the vacuum cleaner after vacuuming which fills quickly with my dog’s fur as it is his shedding season. It was a nice surprise and it made me so so happy. They are very precious and detailed which is something I need as I don't have much time most of the time for detailed cleaning while I am cleaning. Mostly I choose basic cleaning service but this time I needed to add indoor windows too and even with that they finished in a short time of period with quality and detailed service. I would define recommend to try Maid4Condos if you haven't already used their services.

Up until COVID I rarely used my apartment and then living in complete isolation didn't help things at all. I booked a Deep Clean and I was blown away! No more blue dye stains in the bathtub, or paint stains in the kitchen sink, my floors were sparkling... Isabel did an amazing job and even dusted each shoe cubbie for my high heels! The attention to detail was amazing - I highly recommend getting a Deep Clean seasonally just to fall in love with your home all over again! Thank you Isabel!

I would highly recommend Maid4Condos. TLDR Bullet Points: - The receptionist who answered my inquiries over email was respectful, genuine, and honest. I got the impression that they really wanted to know what I was looking for, how my experience with the other two companies was, and what they can do for me. (5/5) - The receptionist who answered my phone call was also very clear, respectful, and quick to resolve my issues (I missed the cleaning ladies' call to let them into the unit, and I couldn't reach them back.) (5/5) - The two cleaning ladies (Maria Jose and Yerilin) were both very attentive, respectful, and diligent. They went through each of my shelves and cupboards and made sure that the dusted and wiped between, behind, and under the easily removable decorations and items, instead of just dusting around them. After each room/location was done, they asked me if I wanted to have a look myself, and followed up with whatever requests I had. (5/5) - They provide you with a checklist of what was done, which is a nice touch at the end. It's not for me to sign, but just for my own reference of what was done. (5/5) Details: I've used two other cleaning services in Toronto before. They were both okay, but they were slightly lacking in their attention to detail, so they both scored a solid "Meh" in my books. I decided to check out to Maid4Condos since they had amazing reviews. and I'm glad that I did. My place was in dire need of a unit-wide clean, and honestly, I've done some immediate light cleaning around the unit a couple of days before the scheduled cleaning, but I'm glad I hired them for this service. For example, I've already wiped the kitchen counter once with cleaning products a couple of days prior, but it must have had some clear, dried up residue near the back where I don't reach and use usually. They used a small scrape to make sure that the counter top is as clean as they come, not only visually, but to the touch as well. Also, because I only had a single Dyson vacuum to cover my two bed/two bath condo, Maria Jose and Yerilin had to vacuum certain parts of the condo, let it charge, vacuum certain other parts, and then let it charge again - even though I had it at full charge before their arrival. Regardless of this nuisance, they were very good at prioritizing and organizing their work so that they could cover the entire checklist without delay or halts. The one point that I can't review is their timeliness, but ONLY because I selected the "Flexible arrival" option, where they could arrive any time between 9AM and 5PM. They arrived early in the day, however, gave me a great couple of reasonable hours of cleaning, and left the place in spotless condition. I would recommend Maid4Condos to anyone who needs a thorough cleaning job done, and would even recommend signing up for a regular cleaning if you'd like to keep your place in tip top condition all the time. (I'd sign up for it if they had a bit more options on the regular cleaning frequency.) Thanks!

Very responsive by phone and were very accommodating. Excellent customer service. Cristina did a fantastic deep clean and came fully prepared with a mask, etc. I couldn't have been happier with her work.

Very professional, showed up on time, and did a great job cleaning. We have had other companies come late or cancel at the last minute in the past, so it was a relief to find a company that gave us a time frame and showed up when they said they would. Appreciated the safety protocols they took in response to COVID as well. Thanks Isabel and Luisana!

Really top knotch. Punctual and courteous. Clean and sparkly. Very happy. Anaisy amd Hatice were lovely and worked fast.
