Garage heater repair & house thermostat replacement
My garage heater was not working, and I had a "Flintstone's" thermostat in my house. Distinct Heating & Cooling arrived when they said they would, diagnosed and fixed the garage heater and replaced the thermostat in less time than I thought possible. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right!

A/C, Furnace, Humidifier, and Thermostat Installation
We are very happy with our new A/C, furnace, humidifier and thermostat installation. Nate was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions before and after the sale. Special thanks to Landon and Jordan for doing a very meticulous and quality installation. Nate even noticed an outside vent that was not properly sealed when the house was built, and repaired it at no charge. They were all very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Nate and his crew!

Furnace Motor
Our furnace draft infuser motor ceased and we brought in a big name vendor in to quote the service. the call, diagnostics and service quote added up to $2000.00. We were also told it would take 36 hours before service could be completed. we called Distinct and had a motor quoted at $699 plus tax. We also had the motor installed within 5 hours from quote. Jordan did a great job and we are so thankful we called Distinct. Not only was the cost amazing, so was the service! We will definitely call them again and highly recommend their service

Furnace
From quote to final walk-through Nate and his team were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They showed up exactly when they said they would and there were no surprises with the install of our new furnace and dryer line. Nate took time throughout the process to provide information and options, never once coming across as trying to upsell anything but instead just trying to find the best options for comfort and budget. The install team were friendly, efficient and respectful of our home. The work itself is clean and neat. This is a significant investment and I am very happy we went with Distinct and will continue to use them in the future.

New Air Conditioning Installation
The service that Nate & the team at Distinct Heating and Cooling gave me was outstanding. From the initial consultation, through the follow up questions i had, to the install day and a follow up call afterwards, they provided the absolute best experience that i have had from an HVAC company to date. My family has been using Nate for 5+ years now for all of our personal and rental houses and every time he has come through for us, big jobs and small. I can say without a doubt that he is a person that i 100% trust with keeping my HVAC system working reliably and will continue to go to Distinct for many many years to come.

Install A/C system
Had 2 A/C units installed in our older home. Units were installed over 2 days and everything was done very well, neat and tidy. They even replaced some tubing from our furnaces that was getting old and made it better than before without us asking. The quote matched the price exactly and Nate came over to teach us how to use the system. Job well done. I would definitely recommend Distinct Heating and Cooling.

AC Installation and Furnance Replacement
Since the quote, Nate and his team treated us great, while being courtesy and professional. Over two days they installed a new AC unit and a new furnace. They were done within the time frame, clean while doing the work, and the work that they did do was tidy and compact. Nate even came after to do an inspection to make sure everything was up to par and to go over how to operate everything, which was a nice touch!

Furnace and Air conditioning install
They did a tremendous job with the new furnace and air conditioner install. They left the furnace room cleaner than when they got there and did a superb job with the install. All of the new lines and pipes were installed very neatly and looks as professionally done as you can get. Being in an old house there were a few unexpected things that came up during the install which they talked to us about and explained what needed to be done. The only item which had a cost increase was due to an old air supply which didn't actually connect outside the house. There was no way of knowing this until they started doing the work at my house, and they needed a company to come in an core through the top of the basement wall so this was definitely an unforeseen item which justified the cost . Everything else he kept true to the original quote and on a couple of items they didn't have the parts quoted, so they used items they had in stock and upgraded us at no cost as to not cause any delays. Very rare these days to find companies who stay true to their quotes even if it means they have to provide upgrades at their cost. Truly great company and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Air conditioning installation
Outstanding work by Nate and the guys. Nate went through every room when preparing the cost estimate and explained how the work was supposed to be done in detail. I had some questions afterwards about the thermostat options and he went through the pros and cons about each option, so I could make an informed decision. Having an engineering background, I can tell that he knows what he is talking about. The installation itself was impeccable, they left it all clean and organized. Nate stopped by a few days later to check everything and explain how the system works, and only then he collected the payment. I will definitely call them again for all HVAC work in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Furnace, AC and Thermostat
Nate and his team came highly recommended by a family member and I can see why. Right from the start, I was comfortable as Nate explained all the issues with my furnace and gave a reasonable estimate keeping my budget in mind. Not once did I feel that I was being over-sold on something that I didn't need. The installation team was amazing - quick, efficient and the furnace looks great (as good as a metal box with vents can look). I'd highly recommend these guys to anyone that is looking for service, installation or just some advice.
