I had a flat roof that needed to be replaced. Eduart and his team did a great job of fixing my flat roof. Their advice was spot on, their work product was top notch and they were able to fix my roof in a timely manner. It also helped that they were fully insured and had a strong track record - I knew we were paying for quality service. I would recommend Eduart to any prospective home owner.

Honestly, don't even bother shopping around. Call Eclipse for all your roofing needs. We own a small house in South Etobicoke. It's a bungalow with a normal roof plus an extension that the previous owners put on, with a flat roof. This flat roof has been the bane of our existence for YEARS. And after reading the other reviews, it looks like we're not the only ones. I will never buy a house with a flat roof ever again. But I digress... For the past year, we've had a tarp on the flat roof because of leaking. And in 2021, we lost a bunch of shingles on the main part of the house due to all the high winds. In October 2021, we got a bunch of quotes from different roofing companies that had high ratings online, or were referred to us. In all honestly, Eclipse was the most expensive. So we decided to check out the other companies. One company we wanted to go with, ghosted us for 2 months. No response to our emails that we want to move forward with the project, full voicemail box when we called them, or the call would just drop without going to voicemail. This worried us because if we went with them and then had a problem later on, what would we do if we can't get in touch with them? We finally connected with them in December and said let's proceed. But then they said they'll have to give us a new quote because the price of materials have gone up due to the pandemic. WTF?? They're the ones who ghosted us! So we called one of the other companies who gave us a quote. Guess what? They're no longer in business! I found this out by looking them up again online to contact them and saw a recent review left by someone who used them a few years ago and was now having problems with the roof. They said they've tried to contact them numerous ways with no success, so decided to leave a negative review to get their attention. Someone responded saying they're no longer in business and unfortunately cannot honour the 15 year warranty. WHAT! Another company said we'll have to wait till the spring because "you can't replace a roof in cold weather." What this means is, they use cheap materials and don't want you to find out about it until the following winter. So we decided to bite the bullet and call Eclipse. We needed to get the roof done and decided we'll figure out our finances later. We called (Dec 2021), and they honoured our quote from October 2021. They came out THE NEXT DAY with a large crew and completed 95% of the work before it started snowing. Eduart then came out a few days later (after the snow melted) to finish everything off and close the project. We were amazed!! We couldn't believe how quick and professional they were. The entire crew was friendly, prompt, and cleaned everything up 100%. The roof looks amazing and dealing with their office (Reigh) has been awesome. Go with Eclipse! There's a reason they've been in business for so long, and have won numerous awards. They know what they're doing, are responsive (no ghosting!) and professional. Moving forward, we will only use Eclipse for our roofing needs. No need to shop around.
