    Above and Beyond

    Had a flood in a rental property, I live out of town and the property is in Brantford. George answered the phone first thing in the morning, told him the problem and he went over promptly and assessed the situation. Gave me some options, I took a leap of faith and hired him for services. When I did get down to see the clean up after it was complete, I was very impressed George did above and beyond the scope of work that we spoke of. Left his equipment for several days to ensure complete dryness. Would not hesitate to recommend!!!

    Basement Clean-up & Reconstruction Services after Flood

    A burst pipe flooded our basement and the plumber who capped the pipe recommended Perfect Restoration to clean-up the damage. It proved to be an excellent recommendation. George responded immediately to clean, sanitize and dry up the flooded areas. Then he promptly arranged for carpet replacement, and baseboard and tile installation. We appreciated the friendly efficient service of his clean-up crew and the excellent work of his team in replacing the carpet, baseboards and tiles. We would definitely use his services again and recommend him highly.

    Emergency Service

    We had a water pipe burst after business hours. The plumber recommended George for the clean up. We called, and he came right away. He was clear about what needed to be done, and worked efficiently. Thanks George!

    Flood repair

    After a supply line on our upstairs toilet burst, George and his team did an amazing job in the initial clean up and full restoration of the affected areas in our home. Very quick, same day service to start the drying process. The entire team paid attention to special details throughout the whole process.

    Restoration in rec room after flood and install hardwood floor, baseboards and paint.

    We had a basement flood 2 days prior to us going south for the winter. George’s team came in while we were gone, cleaned up and prepared everything for the insurance company in a matter of a couple of days. His meticulous planning resulted in an immediate payout from insurance. His crew restored our rec room superbly. His team were professional And mature and did an outstanding job exceeding my expectations. I would trust George and his team to do any home renovation in the future and would recommended them to anyone without reservation.

    Basement restoration

    We had some mold remediation and waterproofing work done in our basement and needed to refinish the walls and floor quickly, and George and his team came to the rescue. They were well priced, extremely helpful and prompt. George came to check in and follow up throughput the process. Plus when we asked for them to come back afterwards to fix a small part on the floor, they were back and fixed it, no questions asked. We are extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Restoration1.

    Sewer backup emergency clean up and finished basement restoration

    Came next day and fully cleaned out and cleaned up damage from sewer backup. George and his crew were extremely efficient and organized and respectful. Provided names for all of the services I needed. Helped itemize lost contents for insurance. Marshall did an amazing job restoring the space. New flooring and cupboards and vanity. Matches the existing paint colour. All done faster than expected and under the initial quote. Very impressed!!

    Flooded basement and Renovation

    Our hot water tank burst and the basement got flooded. My husband looked up the nearest company and Restoration 1 Hamilton came up. The owner George came and assessed the damage. He had a team in place in no time and they worked quickly and professionally to box up our basement and then set to work drying it up as well. Everything went into a pod located in the driveway. We used George to also complete the renovation aspect of our basement as well. The basement turned out beautifully and we are absolutely pleased. We will definitely recommend Restoration 1 Hamilton to others

    Remediation work - Sewage clean-up

    I first contacted George after an unfortunate sewer back up in the basement of a tenanted property. I sent him photos so that he could better assess the situation. He was thorough in explaining the service that he would provide. He quoted a very reasonable price and arrived the next day with Luke and got the basement cleaned and sanitized in a very timely manner. Exceptional customer service and a job well done. I would highly recommend this company.

    Professional from start to finish

    George was amazing from start to finish. Quick, professional, knowledgeable. From sewer backup cleanup, to recommending furnace repair, and keeping costs reasonable. 100% satisfied and I would highly recommend George, Restoration 1 Hamilton.
