Knowledgable about trees, reasonable estimate, very nice and polite, performed work exactly as described, cleaned up nicely, did everything by the book - including safety precautions. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I had a large Manitoba Maple that needed to be removed as it was situated in a difficult spot between myself an my neighbor. Eric and his brother Mark showed up on time, did the job with absolute professionalism and safety. Not only did they remove the one large tree, they also removed a smaller maple as well and left everything as if they had never been there. The honesty, work ethic and knowledge that Eric has is worth more than the price I paid. He even identified a tree we had no idea of what it was. I would recommend Eric and his company to anyone in need of an arborist.

It's hard saying goodbye to a tree that's provided 80+ years of privacy, dappled sunlight and birdsong. My beautiful tree was infected with the emerald ash borer; the top third of its canopy already destroyed. It had to come down. And I was an emotional wreck. But Eric & Mark Batty and the entire crew at Brooklin Tree Care made the falling of my beloved tree as painless as possible. Eric came in the house to give me hourly updates so I didn't have to watch. He and Mark worked non-stop for 11 straight hours to get the job done. Other than wood chips from the chainsaw, one couldn't tell a gargantuan tree was once there. The clean up in my yard and that of neighbouring yards was seamless. Attention to detail in every aspect of this operation was top notch, professional and competitively priced. It will be my honour to recommend Brooklin Tree Care to all my neighbours, friends and family. As a matter of fact, in conversation with my brother-in-law this past weekend, he told me about the great local company he used last week to prune the trees on his five-acre lot. My Willow tree had become quite large and took up much of my townhouse back yard as well as hanging into my neighbour's yard. The tree also had damage from the ice storm. Eric and Mark cleaned it up so that it is now much healthier and i once again have light in my house. Eric checked in with me to ensure i was aligned to what they were doing. They were knowledgeable about my tree. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Mark and Brie were on-time with the bucket truck and chipper and safety equipment. They worked well and efficient to trim our maple tree that is over 50 ft. high in terms of trimming and supporting to offshoot limbs with the main trunk. They explained what they were doing and ensuring that I was on-side.

Very pleased with the pruning that Eric and Mark did on my honey locust tree and my yews. They were very professional and knowledgable. Would recommend them to my friends and neighbours.

Just had a big tree removed from my backyard. Eric came highly recommended and after a phone conversation, Eric came to the property as promissed with a great estimate. He was very professional cost was more than reasonable and all that we discussed was taken care of. It is great to see this profesionalism nowadays. I highly recommend this company. In a matter of fact I will be hiring Eric again toward the end of the fall to plant a new tree as well.

We called Brooklin Tree Care as we had very tall trees that were overhanging near the site of where we were installing a pool at our home in Raglan. We needed them to be trimmed, but it was important to us to keep the integrity and health of our beautiful trees. We also had some dead pines that we needed removed. Eric and his team did a fantastic job pruning down the trees to keep them healthy, to clear the area we needed and kept them looking natural. He removed three dead trees as well and cut them into fire wood length and neatly piled them near our fire pit for us. His knowledge and passion for what he does always came shining through, and they left our yard just as clean as it was before they did the work. The quote was very reasonable and well explained. He also gave us some valuable suggestions as to what to plant in the fall to add some variety of trees to our property and took the time to show us how to perform proper maintenance on our own. We were VERY happy with their service and professionalism, thoroughly enjoyed working with them on this project and would highly recommend their services!!
