We recently had Harmony install a High Efficiency Furnace and Tankless Hot Water heater. Brian and Darin did a great job, they showed great attention to detail and made sure the installation was very clean. Would definitely use them again.

We were left hi and dry by a Furnace Cleaning Co. as when they finished the cleaning they couldn’t get the furnace running again. Told us it was up to us to phone a heating company. We contacted Harmony who had a technician out within a couple of hours. Unfortunately he was not able to get the furnace working due to complications from the cleaning company and because of the age of our furnace didn’t think it was worth fixing. By now it Friday night approximately 9:30 p.m. and he contacted Anthony to come and bring us some space heaters as it was a very cold night, and to scope out the situation. He concurred with his tech’s findings so he gave us a quote on a Furnace best suited to our needs. He did not seem the least upset to be going through all this with us at what was now 11:30. He contacted us Monday morning to say his crew would be there first thing Tuesday morning. Well they arrived on time, were very professional, efficient, friendly and lastly cleaned up after themselves. We actually enjoyed our installation day as they made it all so easy. Thank you to everyone at Harmony Heating who helped make an incredibly frustrating situation into something that gave us back our trust in contractors and also to see that customer service does exist. The worked with me to set a date for the work, the tech was on time and was very professional in everything that he did. I asked for him to replace a part of the humidifier and he was able to go to the truck and get the right price. The price was what was quoted the site was left cleaner than it was when the tech came. The next time we need any services that this company provides we will be in touch with them. They will get the first call.

Very pleased with the service provided by this company. We were easily able to schedule a time that worked with us for a technician to come out and look at our furnace. They showed up on time and did a great job of fixing our furnace. Would recommend Harmony to anyone needing work done on their furnace.

Very pleased with the service provided by this company. The company was most helpful in providing me with technical information during the evaluation phase of the estimate they provided, they arrived on time as scheduled for the furnace installation, their installation of the furnace was done competently and professionally, and they addressed my call-back to them a month later to make adjustments to the operation of the new furnace professionally and competently (no hassles and no charges).

They came within 3 hours . Very professional. Labour rates were high, but the water heater was replaced and I had hot water. They picked up the new heater from home depot and returned the old one to home depot, as this heater was still under warranty.

The owner of Harmony, Anthony, was at my house to provide the quote within 3 hours of my request. The work was scheduled and completed within one week. The installers, Morgan and Orrin were both a pleasure to have in my home while the work was being completed. They answered all my questions and were knowledgeable about the products they were installing. The price was fair and the customer service was above and beyond. I would recommend Harmony to everyone.

Harmony installed the central A/C with short notice before the heatwave hit. They were efficient and tidy, cleaning up after the work was done. The two-tank hot water system for radiant floor heating was done in a day in a very efficient manner and no mess. Best of all we had a visit from the service manager (Justin) who answered all the questions we had.

They were on time, professional, neat and all work was done exceptionally well. I would highly recommend them.
