Alex replaced the roof shingles of our garage more than 2 yrs ago. I called him due to a water leak from the heavy rain this past weekend. Alex came and inspected the issue. He said some animal probably tried to lift the shingles to get in. He then did an emergency fix at no charge. Very happy with Alex's honest and professional services. I highly recommend Reliable Roofers.

After noticing what appeared to be animal damaging my roof and getting inside our attic, we made some calls to local roofers. Alex was quick to respond even though it was a holiday. His crew promised me they would remove the squirrel in humane way. They also fixed my chimney to be more animal proof. Very nice and professional guys to deal with.

Alex is not only a kind and caring person but also a knowledgeable and excellent roofer. I'm so glad I found him. We had some issues with our flat roof holding some water on one end. Alex came by and after inspection told me that it's not anything to worry about right now. He then inspected the roof further and noticed an issue I hadn't noticed, that the roof was actually loose and lifting from one end/part. He said that was actually an issue and that it would need to be immediately addressed. In fact, we noticed some water was already starting to get underneath, which was concerning. Thankfully it hadn't yet become a problem/there was no leak from the ceiling underneath. Alex helped seal that part of the roof and even came back a couple of weeks later to check on it again to make sure everything was alright. He goes above and beyond what you'd expect and is very generous with his time and expertise. His prices are also very fair. When the time comes to replace the roof, we'll definitely be doing the work through him. Thank you so much, Alex!

I had Alex come by to repair a faulty roof vent, and I couldn't be more impressed. He not only fixed the issue quickly but also took the time to inspect the entire roof. Alex addressed potential concerns and ensured everything was up to standard, which gave me great peace of mind. The new vent looks great, and his professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. Highly satisfied with the service!

Alex replied same day as I contacted him. He was straight forward, offered the best solution to fix leaking roof. There were 3 problem areas to fix and he did it quickly and (hopefully) there will not be any leak for a long while. The roof is old, so I do not expect lifetime warranty. Pricing was reasonable for an emergency repair. Also fixed loose siding panel. Would recommend him to my neighbours.

Alex and his guys replaced my roof shingles 4 years ago, and he came back this week to replace a couple of shingles that had come loose, under warrenty, at no charge. Many companies promise a warrenty, but few back it up with fast complete repairs. Thank You Alex and Reliable Roofers.
