We would recommend Alex and team for replacing and fixing roofs. He replaced a flat roof for our home. He was quick to quote the job and was on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up. He gave us honest opinions on the work which was appreciated. He was very friendly and straight forward and honest in the work that needed to be done. Also he came by right away after we had a second leak and checked our roof at no cost, and checked our fan exhaust was working to the roof. He confirmed the roof was fine but we needed a plumber. Then he referred us to a great plumber who fixed our pipes right away. We would hire him again and hope to when we need to replace our other sloped roof.

We were so satisfied with the timely, cost efficient job they did on our roof we did not hesitate to have them do our soffit, fascia & eavestroughs the following year. When critters got into my roof recently, I needed help fast. Alex answered my call promptly and arrived quickly. He was very efficient and responsive. His transparent approach and fair pricing made the process very easy. Alex sealed every spot to prevent further critter issues, however about 3 weeks later the critters again tried to get in. Alex came the same day and patched the roof, for no extra charge. After finishing the work, he left my place clean. He removed all debris and old shingles. In summary, Reliable Roofers and Alex are reliable, professional, and customer-focused. If you need roofing services, I wholeheartedly recommend them.

We can highly recommend Reliable Roofers as we had great experience replacing the whole roof. Alex genuinely cares about his customers and work done being responsive, friendly and approachable. The price was very reasonable with the whole roof replaced in a day and half. The crew left everything cleaned and removed all extra material. How much Alex cares about his customer shows that he came on the very next day and fixed the issue quickly when noticed couple of days after the replacement that one of the gutters was misaligned. We are extremely pleased with the service we received from reliable roofers. This is second time were using their service. They answered the phone when we called and came fast because we were desperate for a roof repair. Raccoons made damage on our roof ahead of a snow storm and we were so happy they fixed it fast. Highly recommend them for their quick and professional service.

I used Alex and his crew before and was very satisfied. So when I discovered a leak problem on Dec. 24th. inside the house I was selling I panicked. What do you do and who do you call? It's Xmas Eve, holiday season. And the weather was extremely WET the rain just kept poring. I thought of Alex "Reliable Roofers" I called him and he responded immediately. He came inspected the roof and pointed out the problems with the FLAT ROOF on the house. He gave me a quote I was happy with and within a day the roof was fixed. I called Alex when I discovered a hole in my roof thanks to nasty critters. He repaired and followed up to make sure they had not moved in. Also repaired a couple of other areas. Thanks for a quick repair, one less thing to worry about. Alex is very friendly and does a great job! Will definitely contact him again for future repairs and roof replacement.

I contacted Alex to inspect a leaky roof vent. He responded right away and communicated with me every step of the way. It had snowed the day we agreed on so he had to come back later in the day when the snow was melted. He was delayed but promised to show up and he did. It was after hours and dark, but he went up on the roof and cleared away some debris build-up. He followed up the next day when it was raining to see if there was still leaking. The situation was much improved. I was impressed by the constant communication, the follow-up and he did what he said he would do. I will definitely call in the spring when it is time to re-do the roof.

This roofing company provides excellent, reliable service. I hired them to install my eavestrough one year ago and I am pleased with the result. The workers were not only friendly, I could see that they cared about their work and each other. Once the job was complete, the manager came back on site to inspect their work and also also my roof which was done by an independent roofer and assured me that the roof was in tact. One minor adjustment was needed this year and all I had to do was call. They came with no hesitation and fixed the problem. I have already recommended this company to my friend and she was pleased. I highly recommend this company.
