Finally a roofing company showed up. Where are all these guys when you call in February. I realize now more than half of them are away. Many calls not returned and voicemails full. When i came across Reliable Roofers i called and someone actually answered. My repair was done the next day. Thats the kind of company i would recommend.

The shingles on my double garage started to fall down into the gutters. I really liked the approach of Alex and his fellow reliable roofers. Even though it's just a garage they recommend treating and protecting it like a house; where as A few other companies told me that it should be shingled right on top of the wood, without anything to protect against ice damming. I didn't mind paying a bit extra for a job well done :)

I signed up to have our roof replaced just before winter. I didn't realize how complicated and difficult it would be to have a roof changed before winter. Apparently every roofer in town is busy. Out of 6 phone calls I was surprised that only 2 returned me call. Out of the 2 I went with Alex even though he said I would have to wait till spring. They did do a full inspection to make sure I was fine for the winter. As soon as the nice weather came I was happy to get a call that they were coming. Job looks great and I'm glad that the roof is off my mind.

We finally did some long overdue renovations on our house. We started with replacing the roof before doing the interior. Chose ReliableRoofers because of the way everything was explained in detail.almost 8 months goes by and i get a call from Alex (the owner) asking how things are and to let us know that the company has a new warranty policy. Im thinking here we go again. When Alex explained that the new warranty is 12 years instead of 10 and this includes past customers, i couldnt beleive my ears. The owner calls us and increases our warranty. Im wondering now, is good service really coming back or is it just this company. I hope other contractors read this post and learn something.

Reliable Roofers has Excellent workmanship! The roof was completed on time, and they left my property cleaner than it was when they arrived! Extremely friendly and approachable hard working men. My expectations were exceeded, and I recommended anyone who needs there roof redone or just repairs to go with Relaiable Roofers.

It was really nice getting a call this spring from their office making sure that evening is ok. Even though we did the roof in fall everything looks great and we are extremely happy with the service. And getting this follow up call ensured us that we in fact chose the right company for our roof.

First and foremost, I would like to thank Alex for the phenomenal work he completed. Alex is an extremely dedicated worker, from the minute he came to price the job right on time to finishing the job perfectly, not to mention leaving a spotless job sight when he was finished. Picked him, Alex, after extencibly Studied, compared a dozen company in same or similar category. It was him given us a huge smile at the end of the job. He is young but did old fashion way that is the way this kind of job supposed to be done. He will be successful in his business. Another location is awaiting for him, the right guy !! My insurance company told me I needed to change the roof on my rental property. It was important to me to find a company with a great reputation since I live outside the GTA. I drove into town and met with Alex. He is an honest, everyman sort of guy. Very likeable. I liked the fact that they offer a good warranty and gave me a good package for both roof and eaves.
