Just had an irrigation system installed by Pro Green about a month ago and everything works great. The system is full coverage, so the entire lawn and garden is getting watered and all spots are being hit (no dry spots at all). Some parts of the lawn took a little beating initially from the install, but those spots have basically come back to their original state already.The guys showed up in the AM and everything was done that day. I also had landscape lighting installed by them in the backyard which looks great! It really gives the yard some life and depth in the evening. I had them install landscape lighting 11 yrs ago in my front garden and those lights are still there today and look as good as they always did! I highly recommend Pro Green you won't be disappointed.

After shopping around we chose Pro Green Irrigation. We are very happy with our decision to have them install our irrigation system. The service was excellent from sale to installation to service. Well Done Pro Green Team!!

We had only used ProGreen for the Spring and Fall blow out services. Overall the service is decent, though it really depends on who the technician is that comes by. Some are good, some are just plain awful. And unfortunately you are not allow to request a specific technician to come. If we can do have requests, a higher score is definitely warranted.

I researched a few companies the install underground sprinkler systems and I choose Pro Green. They are a famly business, extremely knowledgable, acredited with industry certfications, and excellent customer service. The job was done efficiently and our lawn looked awesome all season long.

Hired Progreen in the fall. We got several quotes and they weren't the cheapest so we paid the premium expecting better than we got. The installation crew left the backyard a complete mess that required a lot of work re-sodding, new grass seed this spring. When the dry weather hit later this summer, it became evident that the lawn wasn't getting enough water evenly. There's a definite line in my front yard between green and moist soil and dry and brown grass. The backyard is worse. Almost 1/2 my yard is brown and the soil is hard. The new grass that was laid has now died. Progreen came out twice and now saying nothing they can do. Calls to the owner Scott have gone unanswered. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend Progreen.

We are happy to now have irrigation on our property for 3 years now, luckily we have not had and need for repairs, however, the installation crew was incredibly slow and only one worker took the care to make sure the heads were level upone installation. Too many times one worker had to ask the men he worked with to redo heads that were not seated properly. Once completed we were given little instruction on how to operate the system as if they could not be bothered. Over the past two years, we have found it challenging to get our spring opening arranged, we are now on our second attempt to have them come to open the lines since they did not show up the past two scheduled appointments of which my husband and myself both took time off work to be home to turn the system on. Pro Green said that we did not have an appointment for the one visit and now the second reschedule was for yesterday and they never showed nor called, we waited till 7 pm. We have made the mistake of paying in advance for our spring start up. We will continue enjoying the irrigation and the Hunter and Rainbird products are great, but we will be looking to have our seasonal opening/closings and maintenance needs serviced by another company.

Our experience with Pro Green was positive from start to finish. They were recommended by a neighbour and had all the requisite industry certifications following years of experience. They showed up on time to review our property, listen to our needs, and prepare a competative quote. Likewise the installation team showed up on time as scheduled and did the complete installation in one day as promised. They were great to work with. I wish we'd done this years ago.
