    Furnace repair

    Best way was the second company I called to service my furnace.as the first tech from General Heating advised me I needed a new motor at a cost of $1600.00. I asked him to test the motor capacitor, he said he did and it was ok. He told me that the cost to repair furnace was more then half price of new one with current rebate and advised to replace furnace for around $4000.00 I called BEST WAY heating For second estimate on replacing furnace. Their tech JAFAR arrived early and suggested he should check the furnace to see if I really needed a new one after 10 minutes he advised me the same motor capacitor was the problem replaced and only $140 compared to $1600.00 great job JAFAR. Also his price for replacing motor if required was around $500.00. I will be recommending BEST WAY HEATING to family and friends as a knowledgeable friendly and mist important HONEST. Thank you Best way heating and Jafar for a job well done.

    Furnace Inspection and Seasonal Maintenance

    Our 33 year old Lennox furnace was due for a thorough inspection and evaluation given its age. Jafar had serviced this furnace in the past and I was extremely impressed by his knowledge and quality of his work. This time Moh came to perform the task. Moh arrived right at the agreed time and was Covid prepared. I was extremenly impressed with Moh's knowledge . The work was completed on time and the advice he gave me regarding the expected remaining life of the furnace is valuable and very useful to me. The cost for the service performed was very reasonable and would highly recommend Best Way Heating.

    Furnace Cleaning and Inspection

    Our 30 year old furnace needed a seasonal cleaning and inspection. Moh arrived on schedule, was Covid careful, and is friendly and knowledgeable. While completing the work in good time, he also advised me about the Fortis rebate. The cost of the service was very reasonable. I strongly recommend Best Way and will definitely contact them for future service.

    Boiler servicing & diagnostics

    This is our first time working with Best way heating and we are very impressed with Jafar's professionalism, honest sharing of recommendations and feedback, diagnostics and service. Jafar arrived early, wore proper PPEs and was able to service our boiler, replaced a relay in a timely manner. Highly recommend Best way heating and would work with them again in the future.     Furnace Repair and Replacement

    Originally called Best Way to repair my 40 yr old gas furnace. Jafar came the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair. I asked about replacing the unit and without any pressure, gave very helpful tips about upcoming Fortis rebates, cost saving recommendations and provided quotes on the spot. He was quick to answer my emails late in the evening. His crew was back in a few days to install the new furnace. He even waived the original repair cost! Would recommend his services.

    maintaining heating and hot water system in the house

    We have been using Best Heating for a number of uears. We found their seervice trully excelent. All appoitments have been carried out promptly. We are impressed by their service. They have i depth knowledge fixing problems. They can address any technical issues which are often beyound a regular service requirement. Service is always done with our full satisfaction with the highest professional standarts.

    Furnace Maintenance

    Great service, professional and prompt. Moh came by today and he did a furnace maintenance service. The furnace is an older model, Moh did cleaning and CO / gas check. He explained what components could potentially go wrong in the future. No upsell - just straightforward advice which was much appreciated. Definitely recommend Best Way Heating. Thanks Moh. Update: Great follow-up service. I had an issue after furnace maintenance with the air return vent making a whirling noise. Jafar was super helpful on the phone. His diagnosis and advice was bang on! Thanks guys!

    Professional and Prompt

    I'm cautious with companies in this trade as I've had bad experiences. I carefully checked reviews, including this site after trying to call a company I'd used a couple of years back to discover they'd been bought out by a big company and were now headquartered back east-and they were hard selling me a service plan as I tried to book a simple service call. Jafar responded promptly to a request to check out my furnace. He identified the problem and offered to fix, but the furnace was old enough and I decided I didn't want to put any more into it-needed to replace for higher efficiency. He quickly provided me with several estimates that were quite competitive. We set up for a date. The installation happened on the date arranged. Jafar's team was fabulous. There were absolutely no surprises-timely installation, no surprises in the bill, prompt follow up to do application for Fortis rebate, etc. Like I said, I'm fussy and there are a couple of local companies I won't let past the door-but I am happy to fully and enthusiastically recommend Best Way Heating to anyone who wants a reputable and local company!

    Above and Beyond

    I cannot speak highly enough of Jafar from Best Way Heating. Before we met Jafar, we had hired another company to replace the valve on our furnace. That company installed the valve incorrectly. We called Jafar to see if he could determine the problem. We spoke numerous times on the phone, by text, and he even came to our home one evening to look at the furnace - all without charging us. This was such a contrast to the previous company. Ultimately, Jafar helped us resolve the issues we had with the previous company and then correctly repaired our furnace. Jafar is knowledgeable, professional and offers truly amazing service. I'd highly recommend him for any job in your home. Thank you again, Jafar!

    furnace service

    First of all, the price for furnace service is very reasonable. It mighe be the lowest in the market. Secondly, I am free only on weekends. Jafar accommodated me to do furnace service on Saturday without extra charge. Third, During the service, Jafar spent time to explain what the issue was with the furnace and showed me what he did. Fourth, He also gave me duct tape for free to put around the hot water tank vent. To sum, Jafar's service was way beyond my expection and I will definitely maintain long term business with him.
