    Complete basement renovation including a new bathroom and laundry room. A partial kitchen reno to correct work from a previous contractor. A complete upstairs bathroom renovation

    They did a great job while sticking to the time line and the budget. They are reasonably priced and we are very happy with the results! Harry is easy to get a hold of and efficient. Sara helped to lead us to make great design choices.

    Kitchen, bathroom and all flooring throughout home

    It's been months since Harry & Chuck have completed my new kitchen, bathroom and flooring throughout and I am still in awe every single day & still need to touch everything to make sure it's not just a dream. I absolutely love every single thing -the design and the workmanship. What a team! Excellent work ethics, very clean (although the house was under renovations, it was amazing coming home to a clean house). All the tools and products were kept organized, to one side & dust & debris vacuumed. Harry & Chuck - a million thank yous for listening and being so accommodating & patient. Thanks for your great suggestions, your professionalism & your great sense of humour - especially important while in the midst of Renos. I will call on you again for phase 2.

    Home facelift

    We were referred to LB Construction for the renovation to our home, including laying new ceramic, hardwood and washroom facelift. The quote was received quickly and was fair for the work being done. From the beginning, the team was professional and a pleasure to work with. Harry and his workers were always on time, offered design advice and addressed any questions or concerns with a positive attitude. The work area was always tidied up each night. The work was completed on time as promised and we are now enjoying our new home very much. Special thanks Harry, Chuck and Sara. Great job and hope to see you again in the future.

    Kitchen renovation

    We were very satisfied with Harry and his colleague Chuck. They showed up everyday and worked on schedule. Harry has been a great advisor in terms of design and products for our reno and in the same time he would understand our needs and preferences very well. They are very clean and tidy and try to accommodate your needs with timings and speed. They are very concerned about guest satisfaction and strive to deliver and exceed expectations in a fun atmosphere. We are very happy with the results. From a closed kitchen to an open concept with 9 feet island, it is fantastic and enjoyable every day. I can only recommend them to others. Best of luck Harry! Marie-Cecile

    Deck & Canopy

    This was a difficult project with many unexpected challenges. Harry listened to our ideas and offered some great suggestions of his own. He was easy to contact and pleasant to work with. Harry gave us a fair price and did quality work. The end product turned out better than we had expected. The work was professionally completed with minimum inconvenience and thorough clean-up. I would strongly recommend Harry's services and expertise to anyone.

    Bathroom renovation

    LB Construction was hired to renovate our bathroom. We were very pleased with their work and professionalism. Harry and his crew were always on time. The renovation was done expertly, on budget, and as scheduled with no major delays. We appreciated Harry's professionalism, punctuality, honesty, and quality of work.     Bathroom renovation

    After researching many different contractors I decided to hire Harry and his team to do a complete Bathroom renovation for me. I wanted someone that could give us ideas on what would look good in my bathroom. He and his designer came over to my home and sat me and my girlfriend down and presented us with varios ideas and options! I would highly recommend you choose Lazy-Bones (DBA: LB Construction) contractors for any of your renovation needs.

    Home renovations

    When I invited LB Construction to bid, they made a clear and concise bid. There were some issues with floors that would have to be decided at the time of removal of carpet. They stuck to what they had verbally offered as a bid. I had time constraints with a meeting planned in just a couple of days. They met and exceeded my expectations of service. As they went room to room, they made sure of my comfort and convenience. And in that regard, when the furnace broke and no one would come for the weekend, they managed to supply me with 3 space heaters for my comfort. All in all they have stayed to complete the job and get me back in order. This is a big one! Many construction contractors come and go and do not complete one job before moving on. I would definitely recommend them. And as I have some more work over time, I will certainly remain in touch.

    Renovations

    I have had the pleasure of hiring Harry and his team several times over the last few years. From renovating my entire office space to redoing my back deck LB construction has been amazing. Their attention to detail and constant professionalism have been a constant. Budgets have been accurate, timelines realistic and accomplished. I must also add very clean! In the near future they will be adding an addition to my home which will encompass a new bedroom and an entirely new kitchen. I'm very excited! I highly recommend this team. They will not disappoint.

    Basement Renovation

    Our basement was flood with the many others in Toronto. LB Construction was approved through our insurance company. LB Construction keep their promise on their quality or work and most importantly finishing date. Would highly recommend them.
