Three days before a big party we had a pantry door fall off in our kitchen. Although Paul was very busy, he agreed to fit us in on a Saturday. We had him repair some other issues while he was here. He helped save us money by modifying existing hardware rather than advising total replacement. He also had good advice for future projects. Overall: very professional, very prompt.

Paul was extremely helpful and knowledgable when I called him about some problems I was having with a kitchen. He quickly came by and took a look and by the next day everything was fixed. Paul is very professional and has great input on a variety of things. I will definitely be giving Paul a call again!

Very good professional service and advice for our kitchen cabinet alteration - prompt, efficient, good workmanship, good customer service. Especially enjoyed observing the craftsman father working with the apprentice son. Would highly recommend Paul and son for this specialized craft - joinery and cabinetry.

Most of the hinges on my 34 year old kitchen cabinets were either broken or not functioning properly. As well, my dog chewed on some of the lower cabinet trim. Paul found replacement hinges for these old cabinets and replaced them in a matter of a couple of hours. He removed two of the lower cabinet doors to take them back to his shop, where he actually had to make new trim to match the chewed-up trim. I am so happy with the prmpt service and the quality of workmanship.

Fast, extremely resourceful, helpful and reliable! Our kitchen had some stylish yet crappy drawers that didn't function well at all. Plus the original installer did such a crappy job that they were starting to come lose and not work at all. Paul came in and converted the drawers in one day plus helped us find the perfect hardware required with the new functionality. Will use Paul's services again.

I called Paul and sent him a picture of what was wrong. He quoted a price and came over on time and fixed it. He was prompt, professional and expert at what he did. I would highly recommend him for any Kitchen cabinet work. He also gave us some great ideas. Worth every penny

Paul was not cheap - there, that's out of the way :) Paul was one of the most conscientious professionals I have had the pleasure to work with; I purchased a new home and ended up getting appliances that were different sizes than the cabinetry would permit....I mistakenly thought that getting them modified would be an easy job that I would easily be able to find companies to help......how wrong I was, and how much I learned from Paul on what it takes to do the job properly. Paul took my panicked call (after having tried multiple other options including the builder) and got a sense of what was needed, he gave accurate estimates based on pictures I sent and was over within a few days. After getting the two cabinets modified to size, I was able to have the appliances installed properly (try living without a proper fridge for a few weeks!) while waiting for the cabinet doors to be manufactured and colour matched with the right stain - Paul had also offered to install high quality pull out shelving in 4 of my other cabinets which were built on-site very efficiently, and with the best hinge/rail hardware available. I have nothing but praise for Paul's attention to detail, passion for his work and experience in fixing kitchen cabinetry challenges that are definitely worth getting a reputable and quality company like kitchenfix.ca engaged for. Paul is a craftsman (ask him about his tools!), so if you are comparison shopping and are just wanting the cheapest deal - his level of quality likely isn't for you; Paul gives no nonsense quotes and explains in detail what you are getting so if you want high quality, professional results that are on time and will make you smile when you look at them or use them - make the call to kitchenfix , and dont look back :)

Fantastic quick service. I called Paul in the morning and by late afternoon, my broken kitchen corner cabinet had new hinges and had finally stopped making the horrible screeching sound whenever it opened. Incredibly happy with the speedy, professional and knowledgeable work. This guy knows his hinges!
