    House Exterior basement waterproofing

    The team did an amazing job, all the issues were fixed. I had an issue with the leakage of the water through the basement windows...apparently the proper drainage was never installed by the builder... Royal Work team installed the drainage, waterproofed the exterior wall...job was done highly professional. Strongly recommended.

    Exterior Waterproofing

    We are very happy to have Edgar's team to come to fixed someone else messy job. We had water leaking problem from a concrete job done in our backyard few months ago from another company, and it was a disaster that the water was pouring to the basement from the windows every times it rains. Royal Works had done a great job not only to fix the problem, but to waterproof the entire exterior to prevent future issues. Edgar had given me some great suggestions that other companies didn't, such as to complete the job with with filling concrete outside of the window brackets and slope out away from the house to avoid water runs back into the house. In addition, their team is very professional not only the job was completed as discussed or quoted, but also very courtesy. Definitely would recommend to others.

    crack in a wall

    Thank you guys for an outstanding job! After sudden non stop rains we got basement wall leakage, after the guys inspected it appeared to be a wall crack. They presented an awesome job by sealing the crack with a proper equipment, now everything looks great. I would suggest them to everyone.

    Basement Walkout

    Royal Work Corp is a very professional company and has a great dedicated team of professionals. We originally started our basement walkout work with another company and at the end of 2.5 months, they were still not done and they were failing the town inspections. The whole communication was broken and they kept promising that it will soon be done. After few more false promises, I asked them to stop the work and started looking for another company and I found Royal Work Corp. I would recommend Royal Work Corp to anyone who requires a reliable trustworthy company to work with. The whole process was very smooth with this company. They take care of everything from the work to inspections. A special thank you to the team Edgar, Anatoli, Vladimir and their other colleagues. They handled the work from start to finish with no hassle and with clear communications. They called whenever they are not coming due to weather conditions. The team was always on time, stayed longer hours and came on weekends to keep on their promise of finishing on time. Overall, they exceeded our expectations and delivered on a clean, professional walkout basement. I highly recommend Royal Work Corp to anyone who needs a reliable company to work with.

    Drain

    Hello, my name is Tina, I'm here to leave a positive review about this company. It can be compared to nothing the feeling and smell when ones drain doesn’t work properly. The first signals we noticed was a strange noise in a drain-sewer, then smell and leakage….. my only wish was to find someone reliable and not expansive to fix all that mess. Unfortunately I didn’t get any referrals and had to rely on myself taking a risk to search through internet. I liked people’s opinions on Royal Work and I called only them. The company found out to be like a huge reliable shoulder, they HELPED me., they saved my house by rushing up the service, it took them one day, they arrived with special equipment and their price was just 2,100$ including warranty, (for labor as well).

    Waterproofing, sump pump and backwater valve

    Edgar from Royal Work Corp was the first on site to provide a quote. He provided very good advice and his quote was the most competitive. His team showed up on time, everyday and the work was done not only efficiently but also in a very smooth way. Indeed Edgar's team was very friendly and cleaned up EVERY DAY. It was a real pleasure to come back home and barely feel taht consequent renovations were undergoing. Thumbs up, really! Edgar kept us posted along the works and answered all our questions. We had such a good experience that we have hired them to redo our alley in a few weeks. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants the work to be done properly with a very competitive price.

    side entrance basement

    I called around for prices to do a side entrance to my basement. I got four quotes. Not only was the quote from royal work the lowest, they seemed to know exactly what they where talking about. Be careful there are some shady salespeople out there even from the biggest names in the business. Anatoliy, Sergei and their crew were amazing. Job was done on time and it looks great. We ran into some trouble with a structural beam that was not their fault and they did the necessary work to fix it, no questions asked. I was so happy with their work I referred them to our church and they fixed the leak to the basement. I strongly recommend them for any of the work they do.

    Exterior Waterproofing

    I hesitated when I saw royal Work had a 10/10 overall rating. Surely no one can be perfect. Some of the reviews, admittedly, seemed like they were scripted. Mine won't be one of those reviews. My wife and I gave Anatoliy at Royal Work a call, along with 3 additional companies for a quote on an exterior waterproofing job. (We found mould and had to gut our basement in January.) Anatoliy was at our house the same day to inspect and give us a quote. He brought an extensive portfolio showing each step of the process. Immediately, we felt comfortable with Anatoliy, but wanted to hear what the competition had to say. Royal Work's quote came in tied for the cheapest, which is never really a good thing in my perspective. But between the documentation, the nice van, the professional attire, and Anatoliy's apparent honesty, we both felt like he should get the job. Fast forward 2 weeks. and we are 1 week shy of the due date for our first kid. Wondering if going ahead with a job this big makes sense financially, with so many variables, and reduced income. We decided to back out. Anatoliy, never showed us any signs of negativity, and was completely understanding. About a week after the kid was born, protective mode kicks in, and we decide to get the job done as soon as possible. Anatoliy came back to review the original quote and had a crew show up the next day. These guys were seriously impressive. they had 40+ feet of the back and side of the house dug up, parged, sealed and backfilled by 5pm. It was incredible. The entire job took 7 days. 6 as quoted plus 1 to resolve an issue with roots interfering with a drain pipe in the front yard. These dudes are fast, clean and quite. (manual dig) Anatoliy handled the installation of a sump pump and a back water valve in the basement himself, and made sure to arrange for city inspectors before pouring concrete to finish the job. After the job was done, we felt great. It's such a huge piece of mind. I noticed I was missing a shovel. Texted to ask about it, asking if he could check. It had found its way into the truck, and had been broken by the time I realized it was missing. Anatoliy showed up with a brand new shovel to replace it. That's killer. He also checked some dampness on the floor in our cold cellar. (long concrete cure times, i'm paranoid). He was very straight forward and went above an beyond even after the job was done. Could not recommend these guys enough.

    Replace retaining walls for basement walkout & install sump pump

    10/10 would 100% recommend this company. My basement walkout had seen better days - some water had leaked behind the walls and it has failed during winter. I contacted five companies to quote for the job, and these guys had the most competitive quote BY FAR. On arrival, my entire backyard was covered in tarpaulin to protect everything from the dirt. They worked quickly, were courteous and explained what they were doing along the way. The wall they built was constructed "the right way". Rebar was installed into the foundation, the blocks were reinforced with that metal that goes between the layers, and then the entire wall was filled with concrete. It was then finished with a weeping tile drain, rubber coating and some kind of dimpled water membrane. By contrast, the previous wall was empty cinder block, had dirt right next to it and zero drainage (no wonder it failed...). Halfway through the job, we identified a problem: our 1910 house has no weeping tile beside the footing, so the waterproofing they installed had nowhere to drain! The company worked through the problem, gave me three options (three different prices) and planned the response with me. In the end, I chose to install a sump pump into my basement, and they were able to do that job at a competitive price, and on the same timeline! Soon I need to correct water seepage in my basement, which will cost me tens of thousands. I will happily work with Royal Work corp again. Thanks to Anatoily, Sergei and Oleg for all of your help.

    Sump pump installation

    Royal Work Corp came to install a sump pump in my new basement cold room. After I caused a bit of confusion, they did a great job on the install and met my expectations. They even came back to slightly tweak the direction of the piping without any hesitation and were very friendly during the process. I would definitely recommend Royal Work Corp for any plumbing needs!
