    Garage door repair

    Courteous friendly staff garage door failed last Sunday called the Door Master and door was repaired within a few hours great service would definitely recommend the Door Master thank you very much

    Dior fix

    Great Service! This is the second time I used their services. They are great! Called Yesterday and today the problem is already solved. Steve was super nice! Great job guys!

    fast knowledgable seevice

    Steve was prompt, friendly and knowledgable. He explained the issues well and did not try to oversell. Work was completed quickly and well. He even checked and tightened the door bolts for us. Great job.

    Replaced Garage Door Springs

    I called Door Master in the afternoon and I received same day service. One of our garage door springs was broken and it was industrial/commercial strength so new springs needed to be made. Dmitri removed the springs and took them to the service centre so they could make new springs the same. He explained the process and gave us an understanding of why it broke. He came back in 36 hours to install the new springs. He was very skilled and pleasant and game me helpful information about maintaining our garage door. He new springs came with a warranty. I would definitely call The Door Master again!

    Garage Door Spring Replacement

    Same day service. Oleg was extremely pleasant, punctual and explained ongoing maintenance after replacing the broken spring. I would have no hesitation in calling again. Many thanks for your professionalism.

    Two jobs-- springs and later wheels/garage door bottom

    Both Eric and Simon were amazing. Repaired our custom 20 yr. old wooden garage door-- needed industrial size parts etc. Fast, reliable, reasonable cost. Did little extra things they noticed (no charge) repair door opener, replace a bolt--amazing and appreciated. Explained what they were doing, what to look for and what to expect. Cant say enough about these guys and this company.

    Door Opener not working properly. Garage door wouldn't close.

    Oleg from The Door Master came to look at my problem with the garage door opener. He was very polite. The door wouldn't close. The sensors weren't communicating with the motor. He changed the opener under extreme heat and humidity in the garage but never lost his cool. He completed the job in an amazing short amount of time for one person. He also cleaned up the garage floor before he left. He also oiled the tracks. The work is terrific and Oleg was very affable. I would highly recomend Oleg from the Door Master to anyone.

    Garage Door Installation Invoice 18524

    Yesterday this was excellent work by OLEG. He paid meticulous attention to detail in the installation. He was patient and gave me good answers to any of my questions. At the end, he expressed great concern that we were happy with it and had us go through opening and closing several times adjusting this function to exactly how we wished it. It looks great.     Oleg saves the day

    The spring snapped on my heavy custom garage door. On a civic holiday, Oleg, the door master, arrives within a few hours. Quickly sizes up the job and the many flaws that those previous "kijiji" repairmen made and meticulously corrects them with well thought out solutions and some mechanical integrity and ingenuity. Very nice guy who didn't pressure me on the repair and was patient to explain everything as I watched from the sidelines. Job well done.

    Service on long weekend

    Spring broke on Friday of long weekend. Emailed The Door Master based on reviews. Received email back within 2 hours and we agreed on Sunday service time. Dimitri showed up on time and service was quick and replaced the spring. Great job and service. Would recommend when you have garage door issues. Well done!
