    Speedy response and quick service

    My garage door came off the track. After submitting a request or Homestars, Natalie called me in the morning & booked me for a noon appointment. Serge came & fixed it within minutes. Good service and quick response, and no up-sell. He provided the info for my future considerations. I will definitely use them for future work.

    Knowledgeable and efficient

    Gentlemen was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Door was working like new in a very short time. I would absolutely recommend these guys for all your door needs. We couldn't be happier with the work that was completed. Definitely pass their info on to family and friends.

    Garage door would open

    Service was great. I was given an approximate time the technician would arrive. I received a text confirming when the technician was on his way. The technician was friendly and quickly got my garage door opening again at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company

    Overpriced

    Work was decent, waaaaay too expensive . Pushy for unnecessary part replacement. I should have checked for more quotes before proceeding (my bad). Hope the repairs last, replacement parts look generic and cheap

    We got our garage door from Unitech, and we are very happy.

    We had the garage door replaced since the last one broke. The people from The Door Master Inc came in a few hours the whole thing was replaced and functional. They have lots of options and. I liked their professionalism, the quality of product.

    Garage door repair

    The installer replaced my broken tension springs, but advised that my Genie garage door opener motor was broken and needed replacement. He'd do that for $550. I bought the broken part for the opener online for $30 and replaced it myself. Works just fine now. I would have given high marks for the spring installation, but zero marks for mis-informing me about my "broken" opener

    200% Satisfaction

    From first phone call to installation, the service provided by this company was top notch. Natalie was able to find exactly what I needed at the price I wanted, send a guy to inspect the site and have it installed within 48 hours. Sergei did an amazing job dismantling the old door, installing the replacement, and cleaning up afterward. However, Sergei really outdid himself by taking the extra time and care to show my autistic son how to properly open, close and lock the new garage door. This company really went the extra mile to ensure as a customer, I was completely satisfied.

    Great professionals

    Garage door not working properly, they came that day, said 90% of the time with my issue it’s the sensors and rare 10% motherboard. Replaces the sensors but still didn’t fix. Didn’t charge me for them as just took my old sensors and said need a new unit but no rush take my time and provided no pressure. Ended up saying yes and were able to come back 2 days later with a new unit. Replaced and set everything up for very reasonable price, quickly and very professionally!! Would recommend and use these guys again next time!!

    Garage Door Fix

    Great Service from The Door Master! Steve came promptly and investigated the problem. Although the problem had rectified itself...he was very patient and asked that I call him back when the problem arose again and he would be happy to come back ASAP to check it out. Excellent service. Highly recommend them.

    Amazing customer service

    Very pleased with the prompt attention and service that we received. From call to installation was 3 days to complete with initial call on a Saturday! So extremely happy and highly recommend to anyone looking for service or new garage door!!
