Top broke off of one of the garage door springs. Did not replace anything - bent top of spring reattached. He also tangled the wire that goes over the pulley attached to the spring. Was here a few minutes did not replace anything charged $150. NOT RECOMMENDED. This review refers to the Hamilton location but read the reviews on here where they charged more than competitors for parts or charged significantly higher prices than they quoted at various locations

I called The Door Master team on Friday evening and their rep came over within the hour to assess the problem and suggest a solution. Dimitri was most professional and friendly. We contracted for him to return and replace the garage door. He did this on Sunday morning, at the appointed hour and did a great job; thanks!

This is the third time I have used the services of this company and they never fail to impress me with their level of service and professionalism. Simon is excellent (as always). He knows exactly what to do and gives timely and useful advice. Garage doors can be finicky and we take them for granted. It's good to to know that folks like Simon are out there...they always deliver! Thanks

I needed the garage door open because my door was stuck shut and also needed a emergency release. Job was done efficiently and the service technician was very knowledgeable. I would recommend the door master.

TDM was contacted for a garage door repair job. Was able to get appointment within a 2-hour time-frame. Tech (Tim) arrived on time. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Work done to our total satisfaction. Highly recommended for quality and efficiency conduct of job.

I called for Service on Friday at 8.00pm and job was done next day ( Saturday), excellent experience, will highly recommend to anyone need to service/fix/replace garage door. Steve is very professional and experienced in a field.

Came to repair our garage on very short notice, on a snowy Saturday afternoon. Called shortly before arriving and very prompt. Quick and efficient service. Explained the problem they found and how it was repaired. No hesitation in recommending them.

After driving through my own garage door... ( who does that)... I emailed at 2am and had a missed call by 8.45 am. They had the gentleman, Dimitri, out to quote within 4 hours and had next day service done in under 3 hours, exceeding expectation. Bought a top of the line, insulated, used door. Replaced everything even added weather stripping without me asking for it. Price was fantastic! I would highly recommend this company and Dimitri for all garage door needs.

I called door master Sunday since I could not open the garage door. I was told that unfortunately they did not have the time to help me, but would be able to come on Monday between 4-6 pm. The technician Serge came around 3 pm and as I suspected the door lock was broken and he fixed it all very quickly. Serge was very professional and friendly. Susette
