Very happy with our movers. They were absolutely amazing. Only thing I would say is that there needs to be a better way to estimate costs as our storage needs were double the estimate. Not their fault as its hard to gauge how much stuff people have until it arrives at their facility. The company should give the movers a better tool kit as they offer furniture dismantle as a perk. Our initial payment covers our outbound move and 2 month storage, final price will be higher.

We recently moved from east Toronto to outside of the GTA -- Let's Get Moving had come highly recommended by a friend who had done a similar move and we're very glad that we went with the recommendation! We had three fantastic movers who took great care of our things. They packed efficiently and were very thorough and communicative. Moving is always a stressful process but the team at Let's Get Moving helped to calm the nerves and ensure everything was taken care of. We most certainly could not have done the move without them!

Newly constructed home- didnt use blankets for appliances and gauged new floors, stairs, drywall in entrance, up stairs and into kitchen. Paid for full service move and didnt label boxes or unpack as arrived at new home extremely late. Paid for 75 boxes of which many were completely under packed. Tried to take tv hostage and only moved it after payment without an invoice or itemized bill and still did not get the service we asked for. I would not recommend this company as when we complained they offered no help, no compensation for damage done. These movers clearly had no experience packing or moving anything in their lives. This photo is just one of a dozen as the stair caps were chipped up the stairwell and floors gashed down the hall from dragging the fridge.

I used Let's get moving services 3 times now. Once for my father's move and twice for me. The crews are responsible and well trained. It makes moving less stressful. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Our three movers were very professional and courteous. They brought all the moving accessories we needed: wraps, cling wrap, floor runners, ropes. And were efficient too. Their truck is HUGE and well-kept. And they have a basic protection plan that comes with what you pay forwhich I hope we can use for the scratch that we saw on our babys crib after moving. In terms of cost, they charge 70 dollars for gym equipment (even the relatively light ones like our portable treadmill and aeropilates machine) so my husband had to haul those separately. You also cant refund your $113 deposit so you have to be sure youre going with them before you book their service. Also for budgeting purposes, note that they charge full price even for the drive back. Finally, customer service is very responsive. Id highly recommend them if theyre within your budget! (Moved from a 1 bedroom condo to a 3 bedroom 2-storey home)

I chose the company based on the review on google , my expectations was not very higher, but the service that i got surprised me , Highly recommended. I had a great experience with Let's Get Moving. The booking was easy and the pricing was transparent (I even got a $50 refund as they realized I was over charged by 15 minutes. I hired 3 movers - they were prompt, polite and professional. They took great care of all of my items and they worked hard and moved quickly. I will use again.

Very professional, courteous movers. Overall was a very good experience. Only issue was trying to coordinate condo elevator bookings with the arrival window for the movers. I wish the company could accommodate this situation better. Other than this issue, they were great and we would recommend this company!

This moving company was pure excellence. Booking was easy, communications clear, staff showed up on time with all the tools and packing needs, movers were polite, fast, safe, and took every precaution to ensure my belongings remained undamaged. I have used 7 different companies in the last 15 years and these guys were by far the best. Ill be using them again for sure

Great service. No issue while moving and packing our one-bedroom to the truck. The staff moved everything from Toronto to Hamilton with no issue. I do recommend their services.
