Truly Amazing service and company ! Greg was the technician that came to clean the ducts in my newly renovated home, he was on time, very professional ( being in this for >10 years) and very thorough at walking through the details involved, the quotes, and also shows us tons of interesting pictures and shared interesting stories with us from his past work. He also used carpets and corner protectors to protect my new floor and paint during the job. And he took lots of pictures to show us the before and after. He only recommends the services he thinks are needed for you, I.e he checked our dryer vent line and said nope you don't need it so I won't make you pay extra for something you don't need. He helped us unclogged the central vacuum pipe, clean our the filter bag and taught us how to replace the filter bag. The CV works like a tornado now sucking up everything, Greg saved us a few hundred dollars not needing to buy a new vacuum. Most amazingly was his educational advice on how to save your gas bills and protect your pipes. He gave a lot of super helpful tips. Also he amazed us by saying "see you in 4-6 years ", before him I thought I needed duct cleaning every year, and Greg laughed to say that's cuz those people weren't doing it right the first time! Greg is superb, I would definitely comeback to SteamDry Canada for duct cleaning again in the future.
