    Carpet Cleaning

    This is my first time to hire a carpet cleaning company and things didn't work out the way I expected them to. But their manager Graham is quick in responding and rectifying the issues. I thanked him for his understanding and patience.

    Air Duct Cleaning

    Our technician, Brad, was pleasant and efficient. He answered all our questions and seemed very knowledgeable. He explained to us the benefit to have the sanitizer treatment done especially in an older home like ours. We were very satisfied with the service.

    Furnace and Duct Cleaning

    Excellent Service, Had 2 Technicians stop by and clean my furnace and ducts, they were very efficient and knowledgeable. I was a bit busy handling 3 kids but they were great getting started and doing a great job with the cleaning. Even gave some great recommendations which I was not aware of. In the end I ended up getting my furnace checked/cleaned and ducts cleaned, but also had my chimney cleaned and some disinfection fogging completed in the ducts (which is great for a busy household with pets). Thank you.

    Duct cleaning

    Had a good experience with Steam Dry. Very pleasant and hardworking service tech. If I had any criticism it would be that the office staff need to find a way to dispatch work more effectively. The service tech said he was dispatched to near Red Deer, then to me in the core of the City then to Bridlewood. As a result he was 15 over our scheduled time, and an hour behind for Bridlewood. Poor guy was stressed.

    Duct Cleaning Steam Dry Canada GTA (Toronto)

    Terrible Customer Service! Call Centre Staff treat you with total Disrespect! This company was subcontracted by Home Depo in Toronto, They were hired to conduct an Duct Cleaning Service at my residence. The duct cleaning person was actually great and professional , However his machine broke during the time for payment and we had to process the transaction twice! Well i got Charged twice and its now Sep 12 2016 and i still have not got my money refunded. We contacted the company wth their own employee when the issue occurred and the lady yelled at the person over the phone and said there is nothing i can do!,the same person whom i spoke to over the phone refused to identify herself and she was hostile and very rude over the phone. I am in the process of calling my credit card company to file a dispute charge against this company. I have also called home depot and filled a complaint as well Stay away from this company!

    Great effort and great service

    Request Shawn Garland when you use Steam Dry Canada, he is fabulous; one of the hardest working technicians I have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond, and provided everything we were looking for. Steam Dry Canada and Shawn are great at what they do: fast, efficient, knowledgeable and affordable.

    Carpet Cleaning

    I have nothing to say other than they did a fabulous job. I don't write reviews. Rock and J-P was super nice and professional. I can't believe I waited so long to do it. The entire apartment looks so much cleaner, brighter. They got each and every stain out. Everything looks brand new. They are magicians.

    Shawn at Steam Dry is the guy to call

    I have been using Steam Dry for many years -- back when Phil the owner was doing carpets. He was so good that I called them again. It wasn't Phil this time but I was hoping he'd be good. His name was Shawn -- and he's been my go-to guy ever since. If you are calling them to clean your carpets -- ask for SHAWN! You won't be disappointed. (but make sure it's him - I'm sure they'd like to clone him....)

    Carpet cleaning

    Very happy with how well our carpets were cleaned and the tech Mathew was extremely kind and professional, even went above and beyond and cleaned an extra area for us!!!

    Dryer Vent Cleaning

    I had this company out to clean my dryer vent which vents to the roof. I was specific when booking because the company that did our furnace in the fall did not come prepared to deal with a second story dryer vent. The booking agent indicated that there would be a greater cost because of the roof vent which I had no issue with provided the technicians came prepared. The technician arrived without a ladder long enough to get on the roof and was working alone which doesn't seem safe when he is expected to get on a very tall and very sloped surface. Because he was unable to get on the roof he could not confirm that the job was done. My dryer sensor is still coming on! The technician left a horrible mess of lint and dust all over the laundry room and bonus room. His tool box was left behind (including tools left in the laundry room that I had to pick up and throw in the box). I caught him as he was driving out of my street with his toolbox. He left my gate open (he tried to access the roof from the back yard) and my dog got out. There was nothing good about this experience. When I called to speak calmly with someone in the office about our dissatisfaction the agent I spoke with was really confrontational and huffy. She did offer to send someone out again to do the job again, but they won't send a crew of two and I highly doubt they will have a longer ladder. When I asked for a refund she dumped me to her manager's voicemail. Having been a call centre manager I understand customer service and diffusing a situation and this did not happen when I called to complain. I've called more than once to have this resolved and am sick of waiting to hear back at this point.
