Asked for service in Home Depot store, being offered by rep in store. Home Depot called me next day to book appointment. We received a reminder phone call a few days before appointment. Day of appointment Oscar called an hour early as his previous appointment was done. Advised we were ready for him, he arrived a few minutes later. Oscar was very professional and friendly; he went thru all carpeted areas with us and we discussed what we wanted done and then reviewed pricing as well. After we all agreed, he went to work, very efficiently. He was done our 3 rooms, 2 hallways and 2 sets of stairs in 1.5 hours. We also got scotch guarding done as well. We discussed one patch under desk area that couldn't get clean as my husband's black socks over last 5 years has fibres in that area. Oscar suggested a dry floor brush and vacuum at the same time after floor is dry. We will try this next weekend. We were very happy with Oscar's work!Answer from pro:

Called to book appointment and Brad and Douglas were here a few days later. Prompt on arrival and were done by the time requested. Respectful, helpful and professional - will call them again. Also have to mention that when I dropped something crumbly all over the floor they jumped over, vacuum in hand, to help me clean up :-)Answer from pro:

Shawn Garland came to our home on May 12th, 2016. He deodorized, steam cleaned and scotch guarded our carpets. He did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend his services to anyone. After a rather disappointing experience 6 months ago, I called on Steam Dry Canada to redo my living room carpet. The last company left it soaking wet, and cleaned it using the dirty water from all the bedrooms. It just didn't look right. Like everything, you need to know what you are doing to do the job right - and Shawn from Steam Dry really knows his stuff. He was very pleasant and helpful, and took pride in his work. I miscommunication with my wife about when Steam Dry was coming to clean our carpets. We were selling our house and needed the job done right away. Steam Dry got us in and, when I made my error, Robert B. (the job tech) waited for us to let him (about an hour) in rather than cancelling the job. I am very appreciative of this. Terrible customer service from the administration side, the Technician did a great job but i have been getting the run around from administration since the service back in February. I was double billed for the service Feb 11th and have yet to see the credit on April 29th. I spoke with several contacts that said they will rectify the problem with the last contact over a week ago. Any other company would have returned the over payment in less than 5 days, it is coming up to 3 months. I have contacted Home Depot, the Better Business Bureau and Mastercard to finally have a resolution. This company is absolutely the works company i have ever dealt with and I would recommend anyone considering their services, buyer beware!!!!Answer from pro:
