I’m very happy with Armondo and the EXCELLENT job he did with cleaning ducts. He should be training others with the job he does and Pleasant attitude. I had this job done in 2019 and paid 145.77 and today 144.48 total 290.25 to finally get job done right. I have spoken to Brian and told him if this is the type of work ( last job) then I was not interested he said he would get Armondo sent to clean ducts and from what he showed me this is the people you need to KEEP to generate more happy customers.

We had all 3 pieces of upholstery cleaned and are extremely happy. The young gentleman who’s name is COLE did an excellent job. He called at least 15 minutes before arriving and was very polite and professional. Cole pointed out a few things to us and made recommendations. We were very pleased from start to finish with his work. Would highly recommend this young man. Left everything clean and orderly also.

This company has been amazing to deal with. The office staff are friendly and accommodating. Thanks Rachel. Enrico is an absolute miracle worker. He has cleaned 5 units for me. And let me tell you they’ve been bad. Enrico made them smell and look so good. He saved us the cost of replacing the carpets. I can’t thank him enough. I highly recommend this service.

We are very disappointed with this company. We have used them in the past but the quality of their customer service has changed considerably. We booked a dryer vent cleaning two weeks ago. Apparently, the person we booked it with did not book it correctly and we didnt get out date, even though they sent us a confirmation for our appointment. Since we didnt get a reminder email or telephone call, we called the company on the morning of our appointment just to confirm their attendance. Apparently the person who did the booking didnt secure the date. The individual we were speaking with, Geraldine, was not very friendly when we tried to explain what happened to her and we told her when we booked it, it was to secure the coupon they were sent out. She indicated that she would need to speak with her manager to get it all straighten out, so we forwarded a copy of their confirmation email to her. We never heard back from them. That is extremely bad customer service and we will definitely not be using this company again or referring them to anyone we know.

We booked a new hot water heater install from Home Depot. Grady from Steam Dry Canada was the installer. We couldn't have asked for a better process, he was quick and efficient. I didn't time him but I don't think it took him an hour. I really appreciated his efficiency. Jane

I’m moving to a new house get duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. Alex did duct cleaning and Andy did Carpet cleaning, They are very nice and very professional. They arrived on time and did cleaning with a great care. I really appreciate their job that makes my new house look fantastic!

He was friendly fast and professional. He explained everything we asked about. I would definitely recommend him. Great with kids is great with dogs. Thanks for all the hard work.

We needed to have all the carpets professionally cleaned. Previously I was cleaning the carpets with a small residential machine I had purchased but we needed full steam cleaning to deal with multiple stains and smell. The technician Russ did a very good job and the carpets look and smell like new again. The ventilation ducts and dryer vent were quite dusty/dirty/restricting airflow and had not been cleaned for about 3 years and the Technician Russ had very good equipment and know-how and now the ducts are working perfectly and we feel much healthier and safer already. and we are very Happy and recommend the Service.

I booked two weeks ahead, I was called to confirm my appointment which I did. Then the day of my cleaning, two days before I had to hand over my rental house Homedepot called a left a message telling me they were canceling my appointment. They did not even have the respect to talk to me or rebook me for the next day. I called back and was told the earliest they had a tech available was 5 days away. It was very obvious from the tone and phone call that the person in the office could not have cared less that they had caused a huge issue. I asked them why they didn't rebook me for the next day, the reply was they would have to cancel someone else and that was not their policy. It did seem to be their policy to cancel me though. Do not use this company!!!!!!

I am very pleased with the service I received. The operator, Kaan, who came into my home was polite and did an excellent job of explaining everything to me. He was pleasant and extremely professional. He was efficient and thorough. Part of the work was an insurance claim and the other was not so. There was no problem in separating the final transactions. I would use Steam Dry Canada again and would request the same representative. Thank you for a job well done.
