    Duct and dryer line cleaning

    Had a duct and dryer line cleaning service with them.on the website they said they show the pictures of before and after duct cleaning. I asked the technician about the pictures he said they stop taking pictures of before and after cleaning.in the invoice it says about verbal Covid agreement Ted hey didn’t explain to the customer.they take out the furnace filter didn’t put it back. In the invoice the customer has to sign that dryer is working before and after service. They didn’t check it. Will prefer to go with local duct cleaning company next time. Compare to the price the service is not satisfied.

    Carpet Cleaning

    Aside from the extremely friendly individual who arrived to clean my carpets, everything past that was no more helpful to me than attempting to mop my carpets. After having a new puppy, and taking ownership of a new house we decided to have our carpets cleaned (only about a week having lived there). After they had left and everything dried, we still had a noticeable smell of the dog pee from the last couple weeks (none of the stains were more than 2 weeks old, and all were treated by a small carpet cleaner we have). As they said they couldn’t guarantee results on pet urine, we decided to buy our own carpet cleaner from Canadian tire for 250.00 to use in the future. Out of curiosity, we decided to use it on one of the rooms we had professionally cleaned. When I say the water that came out of the carpet was black, it could have passed for engine oil, and there was enough cat hair in the jug to make a new toupee for Trump. Sarcasm aside, just buy a rug cleaner that you can use in the future or find another company that meets the guarantee they provide - they call it a deep cleaning, however the customer support on the phone said they “can only guarantee the top fibers of the carpet are clean”. And for those reviews glorifying this company, get a rental and see what comes out of your carpets after they’ve left, and hopefully you will be less grossed out than we were. (The photo below is the product of cleaning 1 10’x10’ room 5 days after the cleaning company had finished)

    Carpet and area rug cleaning

    Excellent service, Cole was very professional and job was done very professional and quickly with a results I expected ,My carpet and area rug looks so nice and clean, I would recommend them tomy relatives and friends , Thanks Cole

    Carpet cleaning

    Cole did an excellent job cleaning my carpets and stairs. Very professional and efficient. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned. Much better than renting from your local grocery stores.

    Carpet cleaning

    I had Cole and Kaan do my carpet cleaning today. Both were polite wore their work booties. The job was done very well and Cole was able to get out a couple of carpet stains that I had asked him about. Thanks guys for the great job. Bob

    Carpet cleaning

    The job Tech (Cole) did an excellent job, and he even went far beyond our expectations. Very patient and understanding. I will easily recommend him for other people and future services.

    Do Not Book Steam Dry Canada

    Unprofessional, rude and poor quality. When I had them steam dry my couch I indicated the fabric was linen, to which I was told steam does not affect. They ruined my $7500 couch and despite offering a warranty & insurance offered to refund my $100 only. I’m currently taking them to court.

    Duct cleaning.

    Allan and his buddy did a great job on cleaning our duct, they really make sure that all dust are gone and after cleaning they sealed holes on the return and supply duct professionally.

    Carpet cleaning

    I have cats who throw up so needed help! Called one afternoon and Oscar arrived the next morning - did a beautiful job on my stairs and upstairs rooms - I forgot that my carpet was blue! He called ahead to give me a 30 minute warning, was efficient, quick, professional and explained his actions. Will be hiring again for my next cleaning.

    Duct Cleaning Job - Great Job Rob!

    I wanted to provide my feedback for the service that I received on Sunday March 29, 2020. The service Rob delivered was exceptional. I just want to thank him for doing a great and thorough job providing the service. He was very welcoming and thoughtful in making sure that we were satisfied with the service and also went above and beyond to make sure the vents were sanitized well and ducts were cleaned. We can breathe now. We really appreciated the service! Thanks Rob.
