Sam came to look at our furnace which had broken down a couple of times and helped get a replacement installed, he and his team were very professional and helpful, and up front about costs, would definitely work with them again.

Our furnace broke down on Thursday evening, and we got an appointment to have it fixed the next day. Sam, the repairman, came round exactly when he said he would, and made a special effort to ensure that we would not spend the weekend without heat. He travelled to Markham to get the part that needed replacing, and installed it on Friday afternoon. The house is warm and cosy again, thanks to his excellent work.

Was extremely happy with the responsiveness and professionalism of Sam and his team. They worked quickly but diligently to remove the old furnace and install the new one. Also, the aftercare we got from Sam was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Our old 30+ year old furnace stopped working and left our house a mere 5 degrees during the winter. After looking at Climax Air's great reviews, I called them up and Sam was at the house the same day to take a look. He and his team instantly took care of everything, and since we were in such urgent need of a new furnace, came back that evening to install a new energy-efficient furnace so we could have heat again. They also switched out our thermostat for a new one after seeing that our old one was also out of date. Sam is incredibly helpful, very quick to respond to calls and comes over same-day for servicing when in urgent need of repair. He also taught us how to properly maintain the new furnace to make sure it always runs smoothly. Would absolutely recommend Sam and his team to anyone.

Came in to trouble shoot noisy furnace as it was making a loud grinding sound. Then changed the blower motor.

Sam called us back right away and came within the scheduled time. Our furnace had not been working properly since another company installed it. Sam found something that should have been covered and fixed it. Very knowledgeable and detailed oriented.

Furnace quit. Climax was here within 2-1/2 hrs and had furnace repaired. Prompt and courteous.

Sam is my go-to guy for furnace repair and maintenance. Two winters ago my furnace stopped working and in looking I came across all of positive reviews for Sam so I gave him a ring. He was great! I've used him since and would use him again.
