Faulty relay preventing Actuator from working and providing switch to cold air. Sam provided excellent work in servicing the issue. Once he determined the relay was the issue he had sent in an order for the part and fixed the problem on the next visit.

Sam and his crew did a stellar job replacing my Bradford White combi gas water heater. He ensured the process to get it replaced under warranty went smoothly. His responsiveness was exceptional: after the replacement he dropped by on a Sunday to make an adjustment to the mixing valve, to my satisfaction. And his price was great. I will definitely be using Climax for all my future HVAC needs.

Sam showed up and did an amazing job to repair the broken water heater motor. He was very professional and extremely experienced at his trade. Any future HVAC work will be done by Climax at our house! Highly recommended!!

Wow! Walked in to my furnace room yesterday and found a puddle of water on the floor. Called Cimax Air and spoke to Sam. In 2 minutes he helped me conclude the condensate line was plugged and I needed to clean it out. Problem solved! No charge! I really appreciate the service contractor who will provide good helpful advice, in this case free. I will definitely be calling Sam the next time my furnace/AC goes down. Thanks!

Sam serviced same day I called -- amazing considering it was peak season (summer). Quick, competent, trustworthy. Assured me that I didn't need a new air conditioner -- even though it would stand in his best interest to sell me a new one.

I had been having issues with my hot water tank. It got to the point where it wouldn't even start. I called Climax Air Conditioning and they were very helpful. I spoke with Sam and he was able to narrow down the cause of the problem over the phone. He was able to schedule a service call for me same day. Sam was very friendly and efficient. When he arrived he quickly addressed the problem, had the tank working again, and took the time to answer my questions. I would definitely call Climax again and would confidently recommend them to anyone.

Very good service. Service was called on Sunday and Sam was here as promised. He didn't charge for emergency service. Reasonable price. Will definitely call Sam back in the future.
