We have had many technicians from Reliance come out to attempt to fix our heating and hot water issues. Every technician that came had a temporary solution and no knowledge of the 'top of the line' system provided by Reliance. Sam was the only competent individual who understood this system. More over Sam cared enough about our heating problems that he came even at midnight to help us and followed up the next day to make sure we were doing well. I would highly recommend Sam and his company to everyone.

Recently purchased a hot water tank instead of renting one (which everyone should do! Renting is such a scam!). A few weeks after the install (from Lowes) the tank stopped working. I called the manufacturer of the tank and they connected with Climax Air Conditioning to fix it. Turns out it was a simple adjustment they needed to be done. Couldn't be happier! Quick and courteous service. If you're looking for anything to do with a hot water tank, furnace, etc, be sure to give Climax a call. You'll be glad you did!

The hot water tank had stopped working, he was very accomodating to a late service and went above and beyond to review all possible issues explaining the cause and promptly repaired the issue. Thank you!

My condo HVAC unit was on the blink, Sam took a quick look and diagnosed it, then had the part the day after. And when I couldn't be home in the daytime, he came by at 9pm and fixed the heat immediately. Sam was professional, polite and knowledgeable. I would call him again in a heartbeat. You should too.

Called out Climax Air on a Tuesday night for a problem with the furnace. Even though the company was busy, Sam came out that very evening and fixed the problem. The service and price was excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Will use them again for any problems I have with the furnace or air conditioning.

My condo's heat stopped working and I called some contractor for the price quote. The service call already cost $150 and everything else is extra. I was hesitate to do it till it got -20 degrees outside and it was very uncomfortable to be home. My friend referred me someone that could have given us good price but that person was not working on sunday and didnt even pick up the phone. I went to Enbridge's website and searched the contractor near my condo and I found Climax Air. When I called, Sam answered the phone right away. I thought the problem was our old thermostat and I mentioned to Sam on the phone that maybe he could just replace the thermostat. He explained if the issue is only related to thermostat, the price would be lower which sounds very reasonable. He arrived within 1.5 hours on a sunday afternoon after I called, and he did lots of tests and found out the problem was not related the thermostat and he had to order some parts. He came in the next evening to replace the part. As soon as he replaced it, the heat worked instantly. I could stay home comfortable for the evening when it is -20 degrees outside. He even took some time to check the noice associated with the furnace and explained to us clear about where the noice from instead of rushing to leave after he finished the work. The price is very reasonable and the only thing I regret is that I didn't call him earlier. We really appreciate the service and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Furnace started chattering, called Climax based on online reviews. Sam arrived within a reasonable time window, and made short work of both the initial diagnosis and the eventual repair. Price was reasonable...and with no gouging on part prices. Nice guy and very personable. I would recommend Climax based on my experience thus far.

The Water Heater was not fonctioning and we had no warm water. We called Climax for this issue. The responsible arrived very quickly, The water heater has been inspected and repaired very quickly. We appreciate the Climax quick response and their experience.
