    Townhome inspection prior to purchase

    Called Chris to inspect our townhome prior to purchase. He was thorough and detailed, prefessional, and great with our many questions. Thanks for taking the stress off the plates of first time purchasers of a pre-owned property!

    Home Inspection

    Requested a home inspection for a home we had recently offered on. Chris came out and did a very thorough inspection that led us to decide against that house. We subsequently offered on a second home and had him come buy to inspect. Again he was thorough and advised us on all the intricacies of the home. He walked us through all the concern points including the attic and garage. His report was thorough and he reviewed it with us again upon completion. I would recommend Chris for his straight forward demeanour and honest perception on what he sees and finds.

    Condo Inspection

    We found Chris through an acquaintance. Chris did an excellent job inspecting our 2-bedroom investment property. He is very thorough, systematic, professional, and efficient. We got the detailed report the same day and it's very informative. I will definitely recommend Chris to my friends.

    Remote Investment Property

    My boyfriend and I are located in Toronto and we were buying an investment property in Surrey. As we weren't planning on visiting the unit, we needed someone experienced, reliable, and who has great communication. Chris was absolutely fantastic. The report was very easy to read and understand, and the whole process was so smooth from scheduling to after-inspection follow-up. He didn't let us slip off the track, and kept us informed. We sincerely appreciate it. It was great.

    Home Inspection

    Chris Thompson was very professional, personal and informative in my quest to finding my new home. He took the time and care to explain how to read the home inspection documents so that I fully understood what I was purchasing. This was great comfort to me since this was the first time I have purchased a home on my own.     first time home buyer inspection

    As a first time home buyer with no experience with this process I was very nervous and uneducated. Chris was very helpful with explaining everything in detail to help me have a better understanding. The inspection report was thorough and was easy to distinguish.

    Home Inspection for Burnaby Apartment

    I'm very happy with the service Chris provided. I was able to schedule my home inspection with him on very short notice and he was accommodating. Chris took his time to inspect every tiny details of the place I was going to purchase and provided a thorough report the very next morning. He is professional and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

    New apartment inspection

    I had my new apartment inspected before I was in a year so if the builder has to fix something it was fixed before the one year warranty was up. Glad I did I missed somethings and the builder is fixing them before the year is up now. I was given some Ideas on how to keep my place safer as well and what to look for in the future as well as the building ages

    Our first home purchase

    Chris did an excellent job inspecting our one bedroom apartment. He was able to accommodate the inspection on short notice and was extremely helpful with his knowledge and experience. Chris was helpful in providing solutions to potential problems or issues that may arise. He spent extra time at our place to make sure that everything was checked.
