    Comprehensive Home Inspection

    My partner and I attend an open house late on a Saturday afternoon. We liked the property and were interested in putting in an offer but wanted an inspection before hand. Offers were due on the Monday at 4pm so we only had the Sunday to get everything done. Chris not only fit us in, but we had to reschedule multiple times due to the open house showing again on the Sunday and the owner being particular when it was done. The inspection was very thorough and the time spent explaining all the details that were particularly important was really appreciated as we are first time buyers. The follow up report we received first thing the next day, including photos of any problem areas was broken down very clearly and colour coded so we could understand the relative risks involved. Great friendly service and will use again as we continue to search for our next home.

    Home inspection

    Chris is very through. I was selling my house which was only 4 years old and he found a lot wrong so much so that I hired him to inspect a home I was buying.

    Condo Inspection

    I hired Chris to do an inspection of an older condo on which I had an accepted offer. He provided a comprehensive inspection of the unit and of the building, which enabled me to make an informed decision on whether i would remove subjects. As a first-time home-buyer attempting to break into the Vancouver Condo market, my search was stressful, but having a good inspector that I felt I could trust at least minimized one major source of anxiety. I went ahead and bought the condo and am very happy that I did. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to buy property in greater Vancouver.

    Home inspection

    We hired Chris for a home inspection for a place we were considering to make an offer on. He was diligent in his work, his report and explanations were clear and easy to understand.     First-time Home Buyer

    Chris provided an extremely thorough home inspection. He was very professional, friendly and meticulous. I was very impressed with the way he explained his concerns and findings to me. After examining each section of the house, he provided a mini overview of the exactly where the "good" and "bad"s were. Through our conversations, it was clear to me that Chris has ample experience with home inspection. The inspection report was easy to read as it was straight to the point with sufficient pictures. I will definitely contact Chris again for my next home purchase as well recommend him to others!

    Condo Inspection

    Buying a condo, as anyone who has ever done it, is a very stressful process. I called on Chris on two separate occasions , to inspect possible buys, on very short notice. He was great to walk around with during the inspection and took extra time to explain what he was doing and what to look out for. He then gave a short verbal briefing right after the inspection, followed by a comprehensive easy to read report the next day. It was money very well spent - providing much peace of mind.     Kits Duplex Inspection

    Chris was able to perform our inspection on short notice. We were impressed by his professional and thorough report. He answered all our questions after reviewing the main areas of possible concern. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable inspector.

In this case it was important we did as it revealed the structure to be much older than advertised and some significant repair issues required.     Townhouse inspection

    Chris was fantastic in doing a pre-inspection for us on a 3 storey townhouse. He did the outside, then reviewed the issues with us, then proceeded to do each floor. After he had done each floor, he gave us a verbal overview of the good and the bad. We did not end up purchasing the townhouse, but will definitely use Chris for our next inspection. Extremely thorough, he took about 400 pictures and was patient with all the questions we asked. We can't say enough about how impressed we are with Chris and his knowledge!

    Home inspection

    Chris provided us very professional home inspection service. He did detailed checking in the townhouse and explained patiently on his findings. He sent us the report at 4am next day which exceeded our expectation. The report is very self explanatory. Chris even offered us to contact him for any question after we move in the new home. I appreciated much for Chris' professional help and advice. Will definitely recommend to others.
