Hello, Thanks for taking the time to put together such a nice review. There is a lot of house flipping going on in the Lower Mainland in recent years as people speculate. While some of the renovations are done well the vast majority have issues. Though most of the flips are done without permits even the ones that do have city planning permission may have significant defects that can put you and your family at risk. I am glad you enjoyed the detailed reporting. I hear from other inspectors all the time that reports of this length are unnecessary, you don't need all that detail, all those photos. Hi Maureen, Yes the dumps of snow can be challenging in Vancouver but we still endeavor to be early to your inspection because on time can easily become late. When you attend your inspection it's great because we can show you issues that will later be provided in the report. It makes the issues that much more concrete.
