    Leak repairs

    Very pleased with honesty and helpfulness. Paul was efficient and made great suggestions based on the fact that a bathroom renovation will be happening in the near future. I recommend this company.

    Two hose bib replacements

    My two hose bibs were leaking. Paul sourced the best materials and had them replaced in a jiffy. Fast. Friendly. Reliable. I will definitely be a repeat customer when my next job comes up.

    Quickly accepted my order and also advised related products for my bathroom. My order was transferred to a new post office the next day. There is a range of elite manufacturers.

    Elusive leak

    I had a leak that I could not figure out. Though there were no obvious leaks or drips from the plumbing fixtures in the bathroom, water would drip now and then from the ceiling of the room below. Paul responded quickly to my call and worked systematically to identify the source of the leak. Once this was dealt with, I could proceed with confidence to have the water damage repaired. Paul was careful to leave everything tidy and his charges were very reasonable.

    Leaky dishwasher + outdoor tap

    Paul replaced an old copper dishwasher line and fixed the dishwasher shut off. He also replaced an outdoor tap that wouldn’t shut off. He was quick, professional, and polite. The work was well done. He even identified a little problem on his way out of the house (a missing cap in a pipe) and took the time to look in his van for a part to fix problem! He will be our “go to” plumber from now on.

    Outstanding price and speed.

    Paul called 2 minutes after I posted my request. He showed up exactly on time. He was in and out in under an hour. Gave me a discount. He was a true Pro in every sense of the word. Oh, and super kind to boot! I would give him a 6/5 if I could.

    Misleading pricing - lacks integrity

    Lacks integrity. Misleading pricing. On the phone quotes one price but does not say it is per hour price, qnf that he charges mininum 2hrs per visit. Arrives without tools, does nothing, bills for full 2 hrs & still has to come back to finish the job. Lazy. For the second job, says he will "charge depending on how he feels that day". Does not show integrity, transparency or professionalism. Avoid this guy.

    Replaced water blending valve + numerous shower pipes/fittings

    Paul came recommended by a friend of a friend. Despite him being very busy we needed the work done promptly and he fit us in did a wonderful, professional and fast job. He is extremely personable and an excellent communicator, and as an older couple this was extremely welcome and comforting. We recommend his services wholeheartedly. Thank you, Paul!

    Replacement of exterior faucet

    My exterior faucet was broken and spraying water out the anti-siphon valve every time it was turned on. Paul came very quickly and determined the source of the problem and ordered the necessary part. About a week later, when the part came in, the work was completed. Workmanship was great and Paul explained everything to me as he went. He also accommodated my work schedule so that I didn't have to take time off work for this job to be completed. Would definitely recommend Paul / Integrity Plumbing.
