The work was carried out very professionally. Everything was done in a timely manner, left neat and clean, and was reasonably priced. The plumber also provided excellent advice on potential future plumbing needs and ensured I understood the current condition of the work areas such as existing water damage. I would hire this plumber again! Many thanks for a job well done!

The drain pipes under our kitchen sink were a shaky and leaky old assembly. One day part of the assembly came off and the leak was pretty terrible. Paul from Integrity Plumbing was the first plumber available on short notice. He showed up promptly and not only fixed the immediate problem, but also swapped out all the old pipes for the new, brought everything up to code and overall went above and beyond to make sure the assembly doesn't suffer the same issues in the future. He also finished everything and cleaned up super quickly, so we could get on with our busy lives without skipping a beat. I was super impressed by his professionalism.

Paul came to replace our kitchen sink and faucet, as well as install a new dishwasher. He did a great job. He was very responsive to emails and texts and willing to work around our schedules. I was not there to meet him, but we are expecting to have him by again as he has ordered a special part for our ensuite shower.

I am so blessed having Paul who fixed our hot water leaking pipes on a schedules day and time with a very reasonable price . I asked him if he could check on our 2 toilet bowls which have a leaking water too and he fixed it right away . What i am grateful is he did not charge me extra labor fee on our two toilet fixtures even if he has to come back the following day which entails extra time and expenses on his part to install the broken part of our toilet that he bought himself. The job was fantastic and effecient aside from his having a good heart that we seldom see now. He is highly recommended to our friends and to everyone. Try him and you wont regret. I discovered a leak on a Sunday morning. I contacted Paul and requested his services via the website. He contacted me within an hour. I explained the problem and he provided an initial opinion of the severity of the leak. We decided to schedule an appointment for the following day. A couple hours later the leak worsened. So I contacted Paul and he was on-site within an hour. He was professional and competent. He was very good at explaining the problem and his proposed solution. I would definitely recommend him. I called Integrity Plumbing because I liked the name and wanted to give them a try. When I called I was stunned to have Paul suggest that he would be willing to walk me through the procedure on the phone for free if I'd like. Because it involved chipping off the front of the faucet piece I ended up not feeling that comfortable doing it and got Paul to come over the next morning (he assured me that nothing major was going to happen with this faucet in the meantime). After coming and checking it out, he went to Home Depot himself to get a new piece (he actually brought back two for me to choose from). The subsequent job he did was great and I appreciate that he spent the time with me to make sure that the water temperature was adjusted exactly the way I wanted. After this, I had him look at a sink in the furnace room that I was considering changing. He told me that although the pipes were fairly "old school", they would keep working just fine and that I should just leave it as is. Finally, when I happened to mention that I was about to change the carpets upstairs for hardwood, he got me in contact with someone who came and did a really fantastic job installing them (Alan Fiore - AioreHomeImprovement.com). This person was someone whom Paul indicated shares the same philosophy that he does about his work - do things right and charge a fair price.

We had a rain water flood through a window into our basement, that lead to the discovery of a major clogging issue in the main drain and kitchen sink stack of our 60 year old home. We called integrity plumbing based on a recommendation and honestly could not be happier. Paul came over to our house quickly and was able to identify the problem. He coordinated with a set of other plumbing professionals required to flush the line and worked diligently to solve the issue as the extent of the damage to the pipe became apparent, and the scope of work greatly increased. The work has ballooned to a full plumbing reno in the basement, requiring concrete removal and brand new pvc plumbing (no more cast iron...) the length of our basement. Paul's advice through this very stressful time was appropriate and appreciated. His attention to detail and knowledge of the required changes to our plumbing to meet code and best practices was extensive. When we called Integrity Plumbing, we could not use our kitchen sink, washing machine or wash clothing. He understood that this was not acceptable, and worked very hard to find us some interim solutions as we plan for a much larger reno. Throughout this process, he really tried to ensure we could get back to a normal life and understood how important that was. In short, he is responsive, knowledgeable, diligent and priced fairly and we will trust him again when we undertake the major repair to our basement plumbing.

Paul promptly replied my initial quotation request and the next day he provided the temporally solution which stopped the leak. Then Paul provided the quote for the permanent solution which seems reasonable.

I had service at two places by Mike and Mark. They were both very professional, clean, on time and did a great job. Mike even fixed a connection to my dishwasher that I didn't even notice was a problem!
