Great experience with this company. I bought a deal through Livingsocial. I was skeptical as to whether the company would try to charge for "extras". Turns out that I had nothing to worry about. They were very accomodating with scheduling. On the day of the appointment they called prior to the time and informed me that they were running behind schedule and asked if it would be possible to come later in the day. They called prior to the reschedule time to let me know that they would arrive in about 30 minutes. They were right on time. Extremely courteous, efficient and professional. Diya explained everything and there were no surprise charges. Would definitely recommend them.

Got this company thru groupon. They came on time, explained the whole process, how the furnace works, the humidifier and the A/C, we had 26 vents and we did an in depth cleaning of furnace, A/c, and applied a sanitizer to the whole house. They were very prpfessional, knowledgeable and caring Highly reccomended!!!

I purchased a voucher on Buytopia for duct cleaning services with Diamond Duct Cleaning. We recently had major renovations in our home and needed to ensure that our ducts were cleaned for the winter. Diya and Aiman scheduled the duct cleaning for a Saturday, which happen to be during the long week end. They both showed up on time, installed their equipment, explained what they were doing, took before and after pictures. They worked as a team, professionally, clean and very well coordinated, not loosing time for small talk. We end up even asking them to perform more cleaning than we initially paid for, without feeling that we were dealing with sales people. We are very happy with the way we were treated as customers, for the quality of their job, their professionalism and honesty. I would warmly recommend Diya and Aiman - Diamond Duct Cleaning. Diya and another guy came in to clean the ducts of my home which were in desperate need of a good cleaning! They were professional, efficient and communication with them was excellent. They showed me the before and after pics of the ducts, they ended up cleaning the furnace and A/C. We ended up having some oil stains on our driveway which we thought were from their truck (turns out they weren't) but they dealt with it right away and even offered to clean the stains, despite the fact that they likely didn't cause them. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Diya was so knowledgeable and explained everything as well he showed us before and after pictures. They came 10 minutes early and explained everything what they were doing. I had Diya for duct cleaning and A/C unit cleaning. He came right on time. As soon as he started the job, he explained what he was doing with video and pictures on his phone. He was quite knowledgeable and provided me with many information I've never had from other companies in the past. He even checked the air flows in each room and readjusted to our need. I was very satisfied with him and definitely call him again in the future.
