    Great service !

    My AC tubing blocked which caused a leak. They quickly came over to access and fix and I am extremely happy- especially because of how hot this weekend! Another satisfied customer :). This is my second time using them and have also recommended them to many.

    New A/C installation

    Upon considering to replace an A/C unit that was over 30 years old I reached out to our community group on social media to request vendor recommendations. Multiple responses suggested that Len at Tempasure was the best in the business. I opted to use Tempasure’s services and thoroughly agree that the quality of product, cost, and most important of all, level of customer service and support that I received were all top notch. Len’s level of expertise in suggesting the best unit for the application at hand, paired with the added attention to detail demonstrated by his installers made the A-Z process a pleasurable example of world class customer service.

    Air Conditioning Service and New Ductless System Installed

    I've had a really good experience with Tempasure. I initially asked them to assess the issues we were having with our old ductless AC system. They identified the problem quickly and presented solutions. Ultimately we determined that a new system was required and Tempasure quoted and installed that system as well. A couple comments: - They are responsive. I reached out to other AC service providers both to investigate the issues with our old system, and to quote on a new system. It was a mess of dropped calls and lack of response. Tempasure has been quick to respond, and they are very technology savvy in their email communications (quotes, appointments, etc). If anything, you may hear from them too much! - I appreciate the personal involvement from the whole Tempasure team. The owner made the effort to make 2 separate trips on short notice to ensure we were sizing the new system correctly. I've had multiple follow-ups after each service visit to ensure my satisfaction.

    Nice team, easy to coordinate with

    I've used Temperasure at both my home and business. Both times the technicians they sent were clean, friendly, considerate and professional. They got the job done in a timely manner and were generally pleasant to deal with. The biggest plus for me was how easy they were to coordinate with. They gave me the initial window of when to expect them. They day of, I called and they gave me an updated, accurate time to expect them. So instead of waiting around for a few hours, I was able to run errands. Overall it was a great experience and I will be using them again next time I need AC repairs.

    Exceptional Service

    I noticed my AC broke down early June, 2021. I called several firms immediately and THAC was the first to respond (a few others did not even bother) and Len (owner) arrived several hours later. After diagnoses, it was obvious due to wear and tear (more than 25 years), replacement would be the best option and the permanent solution. As my furnace was very old (came with the house when I bought it 30 years ago), I decided to change it also. After some negotiation, we settled on a price and another gentleman, Adam, replaced them a few weeks later. All went well and no mess whatsoever. Both are working well and I am completely satisfied with their performance. I checked the prices of the AC and furnace online, and had no complaints about the markup. Everyone needs to eat, right?

    AC consultation

    The AC unit where I live was functioning in an inconsistent manner. The technician from Tempasure was very thorough in explaining the cause of the issues and most agreeable to discussing ways in which to improve the efficiency of the AC.

    Ac leaking
