    Pool heater repair

    Len.. was very responsive.. did some extra digging to locate a back ordered part.. and Adam did the fix.. very personable quick and effective .. I would definitely recommend Tempasure

    Service on my HVAC

    Len and Adam were very pleasant and showed professionalism in their work. They came in to my house diagnosed the situation and resolved my issue in under an hr. This is perfect when as I had a large company come in and they advised me that it was my compressor. Thank god for these two and their fine work.

    AC repair

    Our air conditioner stopped working on one of the hottest days. I contacted Len at 9:00 at night. He was at our house the next morning to take a look at the problem. Once he knew what was wrong he came back with the part we needed a few hours later, and promptly had the problem fixed! Even though he had a busy day he squeezed us in and got our AC running like New again! We are so thankful for Len getting us up and running again!

    Air Conditioning

    Len was great to work with and did a quick and efficient job fixing our AC unit. He was available right away and fast at easy to communicate with. Everything from initial contact with him to the repair went smoothly and he explained the issue and gave a very reasonable price to repair. Would highly recommend him.

    Air Conditioner

    He diagnosed the problem (failed compressor/fan starter capacitor) in about 2 minutes and had a replacement part already with him. Very professional and followed up whether system was still working well later in the day. Will definitely call him again in the future if I need additional service.

    Repair air conditioning,

    Len, came on Canada day, as promised. Fixed the AC quickly, checked the furnace. Verfied that all is working well! Thank you for the quick turnaround!

    Air conditioning

    I had an emergency when during the mini heat wave last week my air conditioner didn't work. My house temperature was over 30 degrees 3 days in a row! I called the company that installed it 5 years ago for an emergency service call. I actually called 4 times in 3 days. Each time I called, I was told a technician would contact me. It never happpened. Finally on the Sunday Night I contacted Tempasure. Len returned my call right away and worked around my work schedule to see me on Monday. He came on time and solved the problem in 30 minutes by replacing my compressor. He was efficient, professional, and knowledge. Finally an emergency service that responds to an emeregency. I would recommend Tempasure in a heartbeat. Thanks

    air conditioning

    My central air decided to stop working on the hottest day of the year (so far). Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of it until later in the evening. Len returned my call within minutes and was able to come by the next day. He explained the issues and my options, and he was great about answering all of my (many) questions and concerns. Less than 4 days later, I had a brand new air conditioning unit installed. Len and Adam (who did the installation) were friendly and professional at all times. Thanks so much for being so helpful, flexible, and accommodating!

    Ductless air con service

    Len diagnosed our faulty air conditioner quickly and efficiently and had it working within hours. Even though he was extremely busy he fit us into his schedule and was so pleasant and helpful. We had been sweltering the past few weeks and now I'm sitting her my in lovely cool living room. I highly recommend Len's service. Above and beyond.
