    Split System, AC, 4 units

    Wonderful work on a very challenging job. We needed to mount a 160 something pound condenser half way up my house. They then installed 4 units throughout the house. The job was done with impeccable attention to detail and the guys worked long hours. Quote was good. Len, the owner was responsive. The workers were also very clean, which was very nice. They vacuumed up twice after work. The units themselves were placed exactly where we wanted them and they work great. One more thing, the hoses and cables were also installed very nicely. Clean work, pleasing to look at.

    1.5 Ton Ac Purchase & Installation.

    We were looking for a good quality AC and a trustworthy installer. We were initially between Len (Temp-a-Sure) and another highly rated company and although the other company was significantly cheaper, Len was way more helpful and knowledgeable. - Len took a no b.s approach, he was transparent and only told us exactly what we needed (whereas other guys tried to upsell us on a bunch of stuff that made no sense). - Len's technician who came by to have a look was VERY GOOD. He knew his stuff and had a courteous manner. - Whereas other companies Tech's were scratching their head about the install, Len's tech said it would be no problem at all. Needless to say, we went with Len (Temp-a-Sure) because they offered way more trust. Well, we couldn't be happier with the installation or support so far. Len makes himself available at all times and the installation was done with an incredible amount of precision and care. Seriously, if you're even thinking of having any type of work done, these are your guys. Will be working with them going forward. A+

    A/C and furnace maintenance & repairs

    We've used Len for over 6 years to service our furnace and A/C unit; even purchased a replacement A/C unit from him. He is reliable and always available for a service call when the A/C didn't work right. Would definitely recommend his services.

    Air Conditioner

    Len and his team recommended and installed a new air conditioner for us. The whole process was quick, efficient and clean. We could not be happier with the service we received.

    Ductless Air Conditioner

    Len was very quick to respond and helpful in providing recommendations on what kind of unit would best meet my needs after Moe came and took a look at my situation. The installation was done a week later. Moe and Brandon did an absolutely outstanding job. They were right on time and worked non-stop till I was happy with everything. Everything looks clean and there are no wires exposed. It's like a work of art. They were also very thorough in cleaning up after themselves. The Mitsubishi unit we had installed is absolutely silent when you stand beside the compressor outside the house. Very impressive. If you're looking for a ductless unit, make sure you call Tempasure.

    Instalation of new central air conditioning system

    Len Minuk and his team were excellent. They provided recommendations with respect to the new system, completed the installation very promptly after we received their quote, worked through an awful day of rain, and left everything looking cleaner and better than when they arrived. We are more than satisfied with their work, their integrity and their responsiveness throughout the project and world not hesitate to recommend them.

    Air conditioner install

    Great work completing the install of our new air conditioner as well as running a gas line for our stove. Very friendly and professional, would definitely recommend and use again for HVAC services.

    SpacePak Air Conditioner replacement

    Len and crew came in the fall and assessed the problem for us (an old unit with a crack in it). Recommended leaving it for the winter and replacing in the early spring. The unit in the attic and the corresponding unit on the side of the house needed replacement. Len and crew were tidy, quick, and the install looks great and very tidy - better than the previous one looked.

    HVAC

    Len installed a humidifier at my home. He recommended a hot water line to the humidifier and explained the benefits of hot water vs cold water. He was very thorough in his work and cautioned when he had to create an acccess point to the water valve. Len is a good guy! He gave me all the options I needed to make the decisions for my home and definitely will keep working with Len on these home projects.
