    Addition/renovation

    It was a pleasure working with Saba and her team. We had interviewed several companies prior and upon meeting Saba, we immediately knew we would be happy with the outcome. During our first meeting, she listened to our wish list, walked through our home and provided ideas that we hadn’t thought of. We were always on the same page about style and functionality of our home. She requested shared Houzz and Pinterest boards so she could really understand what we were hoping for. She was also up front about the various costs we would incur throughout the process. During the drawing and design process, her team was extremely responsive, patient and accommodating. They were open to feedback and revisions. They also facilitated most communication with other third parties that were required (arborist, mechanical engineers, City of Mississauga, etc.). Saba negotiated prices and services on our behalf to ensure we were getting the best price. Her team also managed the entire permit process with the City on our behalf. They kept us up to date with regular communication and explained the process clearly. Our permits were granted quickly due to Saba’s team submitting all of the required documents and responding quickly to inquiries. We are thankful for everything Saba has done for us and are extremely happy with the design of our renovated home.

    Architectural design for home

    Saba and her team were wonderful to work with. They were very professional and accommodating to our needs. They were great from start to end. She modelled an amazing modern home for us, just how we wanted. I highly recommend Saba and her team for any architect work!

    2nd storey addition

    On the strong recommendation from a friend, we engaged the services of Saba and her team for our second story addition. From our first meeting, we were extremely impressed with her attentiveness, professionalism and personable nature. She took the time to ensure that we had a design that best suited our tastes and needs. Throughout the process - committee of adjustments, permitting, etc. - Saba kept us apprised of what to expect and deftly navigated through to a successful conclusion. We were particularly impressed by Saba’s patience, responsiveness and thorough answers to our many queries. Saba and her team took ownership of the project from day one and continued diligently through to the end. We really can’t say enough about how happy and satisfied we have been with QBS. Needless to say, we would, without hesitation recommended QBS and would certainly work with them again if the opportunity arose.

    New Home Design

    I have had the opportunity to work with QBS on multiple project, commercial as well as residential. Mostly recent Saba and her team worked the complete design of our new home. The team really listened to what we wanted and also provided their insights based on the their vast experience. The team was always professional, on time, trustworthy and supportive during this huge undertaking. It was such a pleasure to work with them. I would highly recommend them for architectural needs.

    New Custom Home Build

    We were referred to Saba and her partners at QBS by our friend and Realtor Ben. This was our first time building a custom home and working with an architect so really didn't know what to expect. Saba and her team at QBS were very knowledgeable and accommodating. They listened to what we were trying to achieve and helped us accomplish just that. The home completion was far beyond our expectations and it was all built according to the Final Drafts supplied by QBS. Its amazing to see something that starts out as just something on paper come to life right in front of you. Working with Saba and everyone at QBS was a satisfying and pleasurable experience. We would recommend QBS in a heart beat and definitely use them again!! Thanks everyone at QBS!!

    Custom Build Home

    I hired Saba and her team to complete a custom design home in Etobicoke. I was extremely happy with QBS Architects, they are professional, well informed of the rules and regulations, it was a stress free process for me. I have recommended them to various people. Thank you for all your hard work, dedication and creativity.

    Condo-remodeling

    We were extremely pleased with all aspects of the remodeling work that Saba and her team did for our unit. Saba managed the whole project from the start to finish. She was responsible for coordinating with other consultant and subcontractors, everything was done with great care and high level of attention to details. Saba helped us choosing materials for our kitchen and bathroom, the selection of finishing, paint colours, flooring, cabinet colours and counter tops. She helped us choose everything we need within our budget.

    Condo-interior alterations

    We were extremely happy with the QBS Architects superior service, collaborative approach, and its invaluable technical expertise. We had the pleasure of hiring the firm with its modern approach to creativity in renovating our Mississauga Condo. They did a major kitchen and bathroom renovation, interior alterations for our unit, and they helped us in furniture selection. Working with Saba was a pleasure, she had a great eye for modern design, she was incredibly helpful and responsive.

    Design & building permit for interior alterations & additions

    We hired QBS Architects INC to do a complete renovation to our house in Markham. We have impressed with the Saba’s attention to detail and ability to stay on top of our projects. Saba & her team listened carefully to our requirements & designed our dream home that reflected everything we asked for while keeping within our budget. We were always amazed at how quickly the team would get back to us regarding any of our questions or concerns. I would highly recommend QBS for any project you may have.

    Contract for design, structural drawings and Building Permit

    Saba, an architect working for QBS Architects Inc., came to my house with, and at the behest of, a builder I was discussing a small addition to the side of my house with. Saba agreed to do the design, structural drawings, and obtain a building permit for $4000. I paid her $2000 and she did the design drawings which were good. Subsequently, I decided not to use the builder because he doubled his price from his original ballpark estimate. When Saba found out I would not use this builder, she said she would not complete the rest of the contract unless I paid more money than the agreed amount. I said we had a signed contract and I would not pay more. I then received an email from Saba saying: "Sorry am not willing to proceed." To sign a contract and not complete it is unprofessional in my opinion. I cannot recommend either Saba or QBS. It is a pity because the design drawings she did were fine. I asked her why the builder I use would make any difference to my contract with her? She never replied.
