These guys are amazing. They came on a long weekend with a double crew. These guys are some of the most efficient and thorough workers I have had work on any of my jobs at my house so far. They were able to replace the weeping tile, fixed all the cracks, and waterproofed my entire back wall of my house, plus a bunch of other fixes, all in a single day. The most amazing thing was when they left, it was as if they were never there. If you need waterproofing done, these guys should at least be one of your 3 quotes as they should be the bar others have to meet in order to get your business. If I have any further issues with my foundations, it will for sure not be the area they worked in, but will be who I call to fix it. Great job guys and thanks again for the minimal impact on my family

Carl came promptly, after we contacted him, to assess the damage to our basement wall. He explained the work required. His team did an excellent job, were very pleasant and left the work site immaculate. We would recommend Canada Waterproofers without reservation!

My wife and I originally discovered a tiny water leak in the corner of one room in the basement of a house we recently purchased, which seemed to occur every winter. This leak was not significant enough to cause any damage but it was worrisome nonetheless. In order to try to avoid possible worsening of the situation, we came across Canada Waterproofers and eventually met with Carl, whom we found to be very pleasant and knowledgeable. He almost immediate identified the cause of the leak which was a barely noticeable crack in the foundation in the side of our home. As the quote was quite reasonable, we proceeded with the repair. On the day of the job, we were met by Ted and another gentleman whose name we regrettably did not catch. The work they did was absolutely top-notch. In the end, there are no signs whatsoever that the ground by the affected foundation that was patched up had been disturbed. I suppose that next winter will be the real test, but we now have peace of mind and are confident that the situation is resolved. As Carl and Ted were very professional and pleasant to deal with, we are certain we made the right choice and would not hesitate in recommending Canada Waterproofers to anyone else in a similar situation. Carl and his team were a pleasure to work with. Great communication, fair pricing and speedy response time. As with any leak situation you want it resolved quickly and properly. Carl made sure both were done and affordably. They even had to come back to extend our weeping tile and did so almost instantly. Great work all around and Carl was always reachable by text at any time. Highly recommend for interior waterproofing.

After contacting other companies for quotes for this work, what stood out to my wife and I was how knowledgeable and considerate this group was. Slava came to our home and discussed the process with us, and was the only contractor who made a point to mention that they would ensure there would be no mess left behind to upset our neighbours. They were true to their word. They arranged for utility locates, removed our old concrete walk along the side of the house, hand dug everything and cleaned up in just over two days! They even left us temporary downspouts as I’d tucked ours aside prior to the work starting so they would not get damaged and was away when they finished. The installers were fantastic and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the results. After several heavy rainfalls that would have left us with puddles downstairs our basement is once again dry as a bone. Their pricing was very good and I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Carl arranged for Boris to come in and move some water lines for me on very short notice to accommodate the moving of my water tank and furnace that would happen two days later. I spoke to Carl and he arranged for Boris to come in that same day for a quote. He arrived exactly when he said he would later that evening and gave me a fair price. Boris came the next day and rotated the water meter 90 degrees away from the wall to give me more room for framing, moved the main hot and cold lines to give me more room for new duct work, created new hookups for the new locations of my washing machine, furnace humidifier, and water tank. While Boris was here, I happened to notice my roughed-in basement shower drain that was installed by another company was a bit too close to the wall for me to be able to frame and insulate properly. Boris offered to dig it up and reconnect some ABS elbows for a very nominal fee to gain me a few needed inches of clearance to the wall before a new concrete slab was to be poured. A less honest plumber might have charged me an arm and a leg realizing I had no choice but to move the drain. Very happy with the professionalism, responsiveness (both answered questions quickly by phone, text, and email), skill and honesty of Carl and Boris and would not hesitate to hire Canada Waterproofers again - in fact I'll be having them back in the very near future for some structural work in the basement! Edit: I wanted to give Canada Waterproofers another 10/10 review as they've just completed a second job for me in as many months, but unfortunately I'm only able to review them once every six months. If I could, I'd give them 10/10 again. I've just had Canada Waterproofers back; previously they did a great job on relocating my plumbing, this time they did an equally great job on some structural work for me! They broke up the old concrete slab in my basement, removed several inches of old concrete and clay soil, filled it back in with several inches of gravel and high quality concrete. In addition, they removed my old sagging support beams, replacing them with steel posts and beams and new footings as per my engineer's drawings. Carl and his entire team were great! They show up on time, do what they say they will do, and communicate well at every step along the way. Carl especially answers all questions promptly by text and email, even outside of the work day! When there are setbacks due to weather or the City inspector not showing up when expected, Carl is the first to call me right away and let me know what's going on. It was a worry-free experience with the end result being a job very well-done! They even took the initiative to relocate the pipes to my existing sump pump, moving them underground before pouring the new slab which gained me back couple square feet of floor space! I wouldn't hesitate to hire Canada Waterproofers again. Thanks Carl and team!

We had leak coming from main floor ceiling on Sunday. The pro, Borys came out the very next day to assess the problem. He was both knowledgable and professional. He left no stone unturned in finding the problem. Unfortunately, it was the roof, which they do not service. Borys represented his employer well. Because of his demeanor, we will definitely use this company again. Thank you Home Stars for recommending Canada Waterproofers to us.

I was very pleased with the work done by Canada Waterproofers . Boris showed up exactly on time, assessed the work that needed to be done, and, when he saw that there was no way to fix the leaking pipe because it was too old and badly corroded, went out and promptly returned with a new one. He also installed a new kitchen faucet, which works really well. Also, the final price was reasonable. All in all, I'm glad I hired this company, and would recommend them to others.

Canada Waterproofers gave excellent service from the moment I called for a quote to when they completed the job,, 30 minutes ago! Their team was punctual, polite and extremely hard-working. They put in a 10- hour day yesterday and came back to finish the job with an 8-hour day today. I highly recommend this company!
