Exceptional service
I've had Val come to do plumbing repair few times, and had good experiences every time. Val was very professional and diligent. Some of the work was more difficult than expected, but he didn't leave until the job was done, and done right. They used a fixed-price approach to the work, so the extra time didn't cost extra money, and was always at or under the estimate. I will be asking Val to come back to do additional work as soon as its needed.

Exterior waterproofing and sump pump installation
We had a basement leak that needed to be fixed with exterior waterproofing and a sump pump. We reached out to a few companies and Canada waterproofers was hands down the best option for us. Andrii responded quickly to come out and give an estimate, once we agreed the whole process was incredibly fast, efficient and professional. The work was done within 2 days, they used plywood and a tarp to protect the neighbour's home and they cleaned up the site very nicely when finished. I am very pleased. I will recommend this company in the future.

Waterproofing basement
I had a water problem in my basement that required immediate attention. I reached out to Carl and he promptly came to the house to assess the situation and recommend solutions. Within the following week a work crew arrived to complete the waterproofing project. The workers were very efficient and pleasant. Thanks for a quick problem assessment and super fast completion of the project.

Waterproofing and concrete pour
Andrew was very knowledgeable right from the start and during quoting. I had water seepage in one corner of the basement along with cracks. His quote for the waterproofing was very competitive. He also made other recommendations for the downspout that were simple to implement. His team did an excellent job with the work. The waterproofing needed to happen under a concrete pad, so they were able to break it, waterproof all the way to the foundation and pour a new pad at the end of the job, all in a matter of few days. They also parged over the cracks from the outside as an added protection. Very happy with the work that was done, his team was very courteous and walked me through everything they did. In-between the work days they also marked the area with caution tape to avoid an accidents.

foundation leak
Andrew and his team responded very quickly to our request to deal with a recent leak in our foundation, the crew worked very quickly and neatly to repair our foundation with minimal damage to surrounding gardens. They also had to move our AC unit which Andrew arranged with an HVAC contractor. The job was completed very quickly and we are very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them. Andrew responded in a timely fashion to all of our questions and concerns.

Foundation Crack - Leaking Basement
This company is exceptional. From the start, I was dealt with promptly and professionally. We were shown a series of photographs of the steps to be completed to repair our foundation crack and were provided with a very detailed and exact estimate. The project coordinator, Andrew, was terrific. The work itself was done in half a day - Ivan and Mike doing an excellent job. When they left, you could barely tell that the ground had been disturbed. To date, absolutely no leakage into our basement after a couple of days of very heavy rain. I would not hesitate recommending this company to repair any foundation cracks or leaks. Basement waterproofing (2 areas)
Had 2 areas which were leaking, at 2 separate times. Carl was courteous, efficient and ensured the jobs were done properly. He provided filler after the ground receded around the first area which was much appreciated! The 2nd area included space around the air conditioner and he ensured that the person who dealt with the dis/reconnect of that equipment was skilled and managed the job in a timely fashion. I would (and have) recommend this company, and especially Carl, to anyone who needed this service!

Fixing Sewage Smell in Bathroom
I've had a sewage smell that multiple plumbers/contractors have not been able to identify the cause. I spoke with Peter at Canada Waterproofers and he had some thoughts on what the potential issue was. He was very responsive, came within 24 hours and exactly when he said he would and fixed the problem within 2 hours. I would recommend Peter and Canada Waterproofers without hesitation.

Great work.
I had a problem with my sewer backing up and after city inspection i was advised that I replace the sewer pipe and fill the areas which had settled causing water to pool in various spots. Peter and his skilled crew did an excellent job of replacing the entire pipe. He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond my expectations at a competitive price. I highly recommend Canada Waterproofers.
