Five Stars for RidgeCrest From the initial planning with, David, to the end of the project RidgeCrest was the best general contractor we have ever had. Communication through their site manager, Warren, was easy, efficient and friendly. They went over and above what was asked and on budget. The outside of our home in Shawnee slopes was transformed with new Hardie Board siding, windows and a rear deck over haul and repair. All of the sub-contractors were skilled, and did there work with the same care the RidgeCrest specialists did. A big shout out to Kris and Myron for their expertise and help on this very successful project. Well done RidgeCrest we love our transformed home

Ridgecrest did a great job from start to finish. David was very very efficient in getting the design and project to commence. Peter, Cam and the crew were excellent, very good craftsmanship and attention to detail. We are very pleased with how the project turned out.

We recently had the pleasure of working with David, Doug and Peter on our exterior renovation project, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of fantastic. David was incredibly organized and communicative throughout the entire process. He followed-up and updated us at every stage of the construction to ensure the timeline stayed on schedule. While we provided a designer rendering of the reno, many details still needed to be finalized. They listened attentively to our ideas and preferences. David and Doug's extensive knowledge of materials and experience was invaluable with making decisions that we could be confident on. Doug managed the doors and windows, and so much more. His expertise and dedication to his work was clearly evident in every detail of the planning and installation. Near the end of the job he went out of his way to help with miscellaneous items that helped finish the job sooner. Our exterior design required a matching custom smart board roof overhang over the garage window and front door. Peter the lead installer was a true craftsman, his primary goal was to ensure the job was done right and it looked amazing when it was complete. This ability to incorporate custom designs really made our house stand out. Miron the painter also matched a custom color on the front door to the garage doors, this process took longer than expected but every request was done with enthusiasm and willingness to make it look good. The work site was cleaned up each day and the construction crew were a pleasure to have on our property. Thanks to David, Doug and Peter, our house has incredible curb appeal and looks better than ever. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of the renovation, and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to enhance the exterior of their house. A wonderful experience from start to finish, timely follow up. Crew was excellent right from David thru entire team. Communication was excellent throughout, even with delays in materials, they communicated every step of the way. We are extremely happy with RidgeCrest Developments and our exterior home renovations. David's vision, planning and execution of this project exceeded all expectations. The transformation of our 1976 home into a modern and beautiful version of itself is outstanding and all is in step with the neighborhood and our surroundings. David listened to our needs and preferences but offered valuable suggestions for which we are truly grateful. The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail elevated this project to a gold standard. Kris and his crew worked tirelessly to keep the project moving in a timely manner. I admire the work ethic of this team and the job site was always cleaned up at the end of the day. Doug was an important player. He does specialize in windows and doors but he did so many things and was consistently checking in as did Cam which we really appreciated. Miron who painted is a master at his profession. As with many homes of this age we discovered rot above the garage door and under the balcony. Peter and Josh showed up after already working on other projects to work tirelessly to keep us on track and they did. They did a great job! I highly recommend Ridgecrest Developments. For the last 15 years, we've watched Ridgecrest complete projects in our neighborhood that updated house exteriors into stunning contemporary showpieces, on par with new builds. We knew when the time came to complete some major updates to our windows, doors, and siding, that we wanted them to be a part of the process. Their commitment to build quality is outstanding. Dave / Randy provided top shelf vision and expertise in terms of planning and design. But special mention go out to Craig, Miron, and Doug as the craftsmen who completed much of the work themselves. Craig did much of work itself, with precision Scottish workmanship. Doug assisted Craig, and provided outstanding knowledge of windows and doors (which was a big part of our project). Miron's wood effect staining on fiberglass is true artistry! In addition to build quality, what makes Ridgecrest really standout is their sense of design - they simply know what's going to look great. As our project went on, we as homeowners went from being "hand on" - to more "hands off", trusting Ridgecrest to make better color and materials choices than we would.

We hired Ridgecrest to completely remodel the outside of our home in November 2022. The job was completely transformational and replaced aluminum siding, eaves, lighting, soffits, window frames, paint and our front step. The completed job is amazing and removed the weathered look the home previously had. The Hardie board, cedar soffits and pot lights modernized the house. The install team led by Kris were incredible and worked through many days that were -15 to -20 outside... unbelievable! A big thank you to David for always being there whether it was via text, phone or on-site when advice was required. First class experience for us. Thank you.

From the first meeting through the job execution David and his team were absolute professionals. The team made a 1969 dated bungalow not only modern looking with design suggestions, but also more energy efficient with the addition of insulation and home wrap. This job was mostly completed in January 2023, there was a noticeable difference in the energy efficiency of the home almost immediately. Kris was our on-site lead who was professional, knowledgable and has a real eye for detail, his crew-mate Tomas never said much but a better worker, I'm not sure you could find. The other trades were equally professional and dedicated to the team at Ridgecrest upholding their values of a job well done and attention to detail including electrical, plumbing and gutters. We've had work done over the years with other companies and received complaints about crew behaviour from our neighbours. This time our neighbours were impressed with the professionalism of all trades that came on site, attention to detail and cleanliness. I would recommend Ridgecrest to anyone doing an exterior renovation.

We are thrilled with the outcome of our home with new Lux windows and Thomas Hardie exterior boards thanks to the wonderful quality of work from Ridge Crest Developments. David and his superb team worked hard, expertly and together as a team. They brought our 50 plus year old home into the 21st century.
