Our condo association contracted Ridge Crest to replace the outside windows, siding, balcony decking, railings and eaves on our 8 unit townhouse complex. The project started in July 2018 and was completed by the end of August. The project was completed on budget. The materials and workmanship was excellent. The design choices and recommendations were very good. The Ridge Crest team was good to work with and accommodated our schedules.

Ridgecrest did a fantastic job with our exterior renovation. Work included roof replacement, all windows & doors (with masonry), acrylic stucco, and new deck rail. David and his team spent considerable time in helping us to decide what we wanted. The work was completed to a very high quality, and crews were detail-oriented, tidy, and courteous. Questions and follow-up requests were addressed promptly. Cost was as quoted. David also provided many helpful suggestions throughout the project to ensure that the final result exceeded our expectations.

Ridge Crest did an excellent job from start to finish. The job was well run and went very smoothly. The crews are experienced and hard working, do quality work and pay attention to the details. The result is amazing, a complete transformation!

We were very pleased with the overall experience. The consultation process was thorough, the work crew was professional and tidy, and once the job got started the work was diligently seen through to completion. Most importantly the final result exceeded our expectations.

Ridgecrest replaced our old vinyl siding on the house and garage with hardie board. We also ordered new entry doors and windows through them. We are so pleased with the final result - it has completely transformed our home. David and Derek spent a lot of time with us answering questions before the work started which was really appreciated. Derek even met us at the window showroom to walk us through possible options. The crew was quick, polite and very clean. Also went the extra mile on small finishing items. We are so happy!

From the estimation to installation, we were thoroughly impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of RidgeCrest. The project was completed extremely quickly and the quality of the work shows. We are quick to recommend RidgeCrest to neighbours, friends and family!

We have been thoroughly impressed with the level of knowledge, responsiveness, and overall quality of the work performed. David and the Ridgecrest team did an amazing job transforming our low slope roof into a pitched roof, with excellent planning, engineering, and suggested improvements to enhance the overall look. Ridgecrest was a pleasure to work with, from start to finish. David and team were professional, reliable, responsive at all hours of the day, and the quality of workmanship was second to none. The Hardie Board siding completely changed the look of our 20-year old home, with the natural stone a beautiful addition. We would highly recommend Ridgecrest for all your renovation needs.

Having seen the high quality work that Ridgecrest had already done on a number of other properties in our area, we decided to engage them for a quote to do a major renovation/upgrade to the exterior of our house (new Hardie board siding, new windows & doors, new front & back decks). Ridgecrest's quote was competitive, and David the owner came by multiple times to discuss the project, answer questions, provide samples and generally ensure that we were happy before the work commenced. Once the work began, progress was fairly quick for the most part and I very much enjoyed coming home from work each day what new work had been done and admire the rejuvenation of our family home. Communication with David and Derek throughout the work was generally very good & responses (via email or phone) to our questions were timely on the whole; this open and honest communication went a long way to maintaining and building trust with Ridgecrest which meant a lot to us as this was a not insignificant financial outlay for us. The work crew led by Craig were friendly, tidy, happy to discuss the project and very clearly took pride in the work they were delivering as evidenced by the high quality of workmanship and attention to detail. The only real delay on the project was caused by the deck railing we had chosen being unavailable this late in the season (October). However, the silver lining was that David successfully managed to source an alternate product that turned out to be better than what we had wanted originally! Overall, we're very happy we went with Ridgecrest & would definitely (& have) recommend them to others looking to do a similar project. Our only regret is that being winter right now, we still have to a wait a few months to properly enjoy and admire our new decks!
