    Great service

    Very pleased with the entire experience. Paul was most helpful with any questions I had about measuring and selecting from the various available options. In spite of pandemic delays plaguing the industry, the cover was delivered in a timely fashion. It looks great and fits perfectly. And it’s made in Canada.

    Thanks Paul the cover fit perfectly u can rilly feel suction knowing its sealed well I'm definitely gonna be saving money on hydro this winter fast friendly service just like the ad says the best cover for the best price

    Hot tub Cover

    We heard about Durham Covers online and we weren't disappointed. Great service and a great product! Our hot tub cover fits great and is nice and light! I would highly recommend Durham Covers to everyone!

    A pleasure doing business.

    Our hot tub cover was falling apart, and it weighed a ton. Went looking for a replacement, and found Durham Covers/Paul. Paul cut through a lot of the measuring and other nonsense. Asked a few questions and within two weeks had a perfectly matched cover in a great color waiting at our door.

    Durham Covers

    Paul, from Durham Covers walked me through the measuring for my hot tub cover, received my new cover as promised on time without a hitch, I am thanking Paul again and would highly recommend purchasing from Durham Covers ... Definately 5 STARS...

    Great cover

    Paul was quick and friendly. He even accommodated a last-minute change I wanted to make. I always deal locally when I can and I was not disappointed. I would definitely use Paul again for future covers.

    Hot Tub Cover Pickering

    This is the second time I have bought a cover from Paul ( last one for my old tub 6 years ago ) He was easy to deal with, did what he said he would do, delivered even before the committed time. I would recommend using Paul if you need a hottub cover Steve Taylor Pickering

    Hot tub cover and Excellent service!

    Prior to ordering my replacement hot tub cover I checked around multiple companies. My final decision was through Durham and Paul for several reasons. The price was competitive but it was the service that made the difference! Excellent! Paul came to our house with no fee to measure our cover, this was important to us to ensure we had a proper seal as a cover is quite expensive and we want it to last and be efficient. Paul’s timing was quick, the replacement seamless and then Paul came back a second time by request, (no charge) to ensure the cover fit properly and was doing its job. Paul is extremely courteous and approachable regarding any questions! I highly recommend the services through Durham Covers and Paul!

    GREAT PRODUCT, FAST SHIPPING, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    we have an irregularly shaped hot tub so our cover was a custom order. nevertheless, paul had our cover ordered, delivered and sitting on our tub in 8 days. I had called 2 other companies that both quoted me a higher price and 5-6 weeks delivery. the service we received was incredible. when you call durham covers you speak with paul (the owner) and he personally looks after the whole process. if you need a quality hot tub cover for a fair price and delivered quickly don't bother calling anyone else. call durham covers. thank you paul.

    New Cover for my Hottub!

    Needed a new cover for my hottub, these guys made it happen in just over a week. The fit is perfect. All hardware was included and it was delivered to my backyard. Highest recommendation!
