We decided to go with Kent & Thao for our new 4000 sq. ft. custom home and are happy to say that we couldn't have made a better choice. JmJ Marble and Granite Inc., were highly efficient, lightening fast in providing a quote, templating and installation. Their price was the most competitive after numerous quotes. We can't wait to use them again on another project. We absolutely recommend Kent and Thao!

It was a pleasure working with this company JMJ Marble and Granite Inc. The sales staff were very friendly and helpful. The work was completed as per schedule and the staff installing the product were very professional. The installers also have a lot of experience in the industry. I was very happy with my experience with this company.

We are unhappy with the installation job done by this firm, largely because they damaged an appliance and refused to take any responsibility. Their attitude toward us has been consistently belligerent, blaming people who weren't even present in the kitchen for the damage to the appliance, and accusing us of banging on our granite to cause chips in it. I will only deal with J & J (also known as JMJ) through our kitchen designer because I refuse to be yelled at again. As it turns out, Antique Brown granite is prone to chipping - a fact that neither J & J or the granite supplier saw fit to mention while we were choosing it. However, in fairness, I must say that J & J has made good on repairing the many chips that have appeared over the eight months since installation. They have twice sent out a very pleasant young man who does a terrific job. He's hard to understand, but very conscientious.
