I just had air conditioning installed and that in and of itself has been life changing! I was recommended to use Airforce Heating and Air Conditioning by someone else and I am so glad I did. Ivan, the owner, who responded promptly sent out his estimator Mike within 24 hours. He was knowledgeable and made a great recommendation given our home around the type of AC unit and placement. A week later, the unit was installed by Ivan himself. They came within the appointment start window, they were thorough, clean, tidy, respectful and worked hard. It looks like the unit was always in our house. Ivan gave a thorough review of the workings of the unit and answered all questions and clarifications in a very knowledgeable way. They were amazing! I highly recommend this locally owned and run company. Despite their busy-ness I felt we were the most important customer of the day. I am so pleased that I chose them.

I cannot recommend Ivan and the team enough. Normally I dont leave reviews, but in this case I felt it warranted. Long story short, we had a situation that could easily have been a nightmare, but Ivan was able to quickly resolve it. They also provided the most competitive rate I got from any of the companies I looked into and the install was top notch. Will be recommending Air Force to anyone who asks me about HVAC in the future. For the longer story: We had our A/C installed initially in early June after going through ten or so companies for quotes. Air Force had by far the most competitive pricing and seemed keen on the work despite the install being potentially complicated. Had several others quote me double what Air Force did and some told me that where I wanted to put the unit was out of the question and the only place was on the walkway between the houses (most convenient as thats the side the furnace room is on). Air Force not only quoted a highly competitive rate, but also planned to install exactly where I wanted. Ivan, the owner, even came back an evening a few days later before I had decided which company I was going to go with to verify the location as I had a few questions around it and wanted to be sure it would work. Decided to go with Air Force at that time because of Ivans expertise and communication, along with the competitive pricing. Day of the install and went flawless. Inspected the work afterwards and some of the cleanest work Ive seen from exterior right to the furnace. This despite dealing with the tight spaces common in inner city infills and a fully finished basement giving limited access to the electrical panel and the exterior due to the furnace room being on the walkway side of the house. After the install was complete, had to leave for a few weeks so didnt get an opportunity to run the a/c unit. When we came back it was the start of a heat wave and with infant twins, keeping the nursery cool was a priority (and the main reason for getting the a/c). Unit didnt seem right and kept tripping off. Frustrating after all the great work to install. Ivan was able to (despite being on vacation at the time) attempt to troubleshoot via email and coordinate one of his guys to come check it out. Werent able to resolve it unfortunately and came back after the weekend. Ivan tried a few things, but ultimately the unit was defective and had to be replaced. He got that done working late to ensure we had a functioning a/c unit right as the 30+ weather hit (and when moving the twins to the basement was looking like it would become a necessity). My only constructive criticism is a bit more communication would be appreciated around timelines and visits to allow for planning of the customers day. But I also understand it can be quite busy. At the end of the day if you want a quality install and professionals working with you and not against you even when things arent going per plan, call Air Force.

These guys are excellent, replaced 2 furnaces and an A/C unit for me in one day. Didn't try to upsell me, took full measurements of my house and explained the best units for our needs. We are very happy with our decision to use Ivan and his team. Would highly recommend them plus their after install follow up and service is incredible. Well done guys!

Wow wow wow is all I can say about our salesman Don as well as installers Ivan, Chad and Diego. Very very professional. Did the work quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up the entire site and went over all the details of operation before leaving. I will never use any other company for A/C if I move again and will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

After suffering through several forest fire smoke-filled Calgary summers in a sweltering hot house with closed windows, I figured enough is enough. So I did my research and gave Air Force a call. Air Force's Don came over and was thorough in gathering data to calculate the proper size AC unit for my house. He provided important information and answered my many questions. The quote I got was detailed and competitive, and I decided to go ahead and book the install. Ivan, Chad and Diego arrived punctually and did a very neat and professional job getting everything installed. The entire Air Force crew has been a pleasure to work with and my family and I are looking forward to having a cool house this summer! Thanks guys!

We had AC installed and some rerouting of ductwork completed by Chad and Troy. We will update this review when the AC is up and running (we had it installed during the winter to take advantage of an off season incentive). Chad and Troy were polite, punctual, and hard working. They truly did outstanding work in rerouting an unsightly duct that ran down the center of the future basement bedroom and awkwardly branched off (the builder left it a mess- see attached photo). They worked long hours for several days to rectify the duct by making a 90 degree turn and cleaning up the branch placement. We will now be able to position most of the ductwork behind a future closet. We are extremely happy with the end result. The ductwork looks like it was done by perfectionists and will make a huge difference in the future basement bedroom (no need for a lowered ceiling or large awkward bulkhead). Thank you guys for vastly improving the space for a very reasonable price!

We recently had Air Force in for a new a/c install. We had met with multiple companies before making a decision and we're happy we chose this company. Everyone we dealt with from the initial quote to the install were great. They made everything easy for us to understand which certainly was not the case with all the companies we met with. The guys even helped fixed a few minor non A/C related issues we had with the HVAC in our house which we really appreciated, and they happily explained everything they were doing along the way. The wild range of quotes we received from the various companies left us feeling quite uneasy in pulling the trigger on this, but the team from Air Force really did a great job with both the install itself and putting any concerns we had to rest with a great warranty, exceptional service and very professional team.

He was prompt in answering all my questions whether by phone, email or text. The install completed by Ivan, Victor and Chad was well done. Attention to detail and explained procedures well. They are very experienced, hard working, conscientious and only took a short break. Clean up was well done! Hats off to an excellent team. You just made our day!. Don came in and gave his quote, telling us exactly the size of AC unit we needed for the size of our house including quantity of windows. Once AirForce was chosen to do the work, a time was arranged. The guys showed up on time and completed the work. They were very professional and answered any questions we had.they walked us through the system and how it operates. The quality of the work looks great and we can't wait to cool our house this summer! If we have any issues, I know that Don and the rest of the AirForce team will get it sorted no problem! I would recommend Don and the AirForce team to do any HVAC work in your home. We are VERY satisfied!!
