    elaborate door, folding doors, wooden trim

    A small job for which its usually a hassle to get a painters interest. CertaPro solved that problem nicely. Michaels estimate and booking were quick and thorough. Painter Angel was personable and careful, and even my picky partner gave a thumbs up when he saw the result. Id use Michaels CertaPro team again.

    Exterior paint of self-storage building

    Highly recommend! From start to finish, CertaPro did an excellent job of painting new colors on our storage facility exterior. Mike gave us great advice, and was very responsive, with no surprises whatsoever. Adrian and his crew were wonderful to work with, they checked with us along the way, and we are extremely happy with the result!!!

    Hired this company through Better Business Bureau

    the owner/manager arrived to do the quote and he was very professional, friendly and courteous. Very helpful as well. Enjoyed working with him (Mike) and the team (lead by Naz) was also examolary. The process was more complicated as my windows were quite late in being installe (doors still not done) but Certopro was very understanding and came the moment it was good to start. Enjoyed the workers as they were professional and dilligent in thei r work ethic. I will be hiring the company to the final part which is the inside of the house when the renovations are complete.

    Exterior painting

    Sohrab did a brilliant job to paint our house. It looks totally different now and becomes curb appeal in our neighborhood. Michael gave us a very reasonable quote and Naz answered my email quickly and did an excellent job to coordinate the whole painting team during the working process. I am very satisfied with their work. Definitely recommend!

    King Edward exterior painting

    After getting 3 quotes, I had Certa do our exterior. They had the best quote by far, and Mike was amazing in his knowledge and detail when he generated the quote. They did a fantastic job. We chose Certa again for our rental property which is an old wooden heritage house. Sohrab took on the job and was outstanding in every way: hard working, committed, professional, experienced and a keen attention to detail. We were very lucky to have Sohrab. He went the extra mile to make this paint job look magnificent.

    14 yrs later

    I had Certa Pro paint my house about 14 yrs ago It looked great to begin with but now the facer boards are black with mould and paint is peeling off the trim. I have had the peek at the back of the house hand painted twice. I don't think Certa Pro did 2 coats. The black started about 4 yrs ago but due to covid I am just getting quotes to have the house repainted. The house next door looks great, it was painted at the same time as mine. The painters I am asking for quotes now can only suggest that nothing was cleaned and primed sufficiently. It will now cost me a significant amount more to have the house repainted.

Though it is not uncommon for parts of the house to be painted more often, the trim tends (usually every 7 years) to take more of a beating vs the body of the house (usually every 10 years) and do I have some customers who will paint the one side of their house every 5 years if they have dark colours due to fading if that side is south facing and pretty exposed.     interior painting

    We had our entire home repainted prior to selling. It looks fantastic! Florian was punctual, efficient and professional, and invested time with me at the end to make sure it was perfect.

    AMAZING WORK! Dexter contacted me after I posted that I needed wallpaper removed and three rooms painted. He was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. After I approved the quote, their scheduler got in touch and then the painter. Andre, was so good at his craft - you could tell that he truly loved what he was doing. His communication with us regarding timing and expectations was excellent. He kept everything tidy and did such a wonderful job. We are thrilled with the outcome and will absolutely hire this team again when we need to paint the main floor. Thank you!!

    House exterior painting

    CertaPro did an excellent job painting the exterior of our house. The job included carpentry (replaced a deck railing and various other rotten wood), a colour consultant, pressure washing and painting. The project management and communication were excellent. Each member of the crew was professional, competent and polite and they managed the tight, tricky, high access along the sides of our house with ease. Highly recommend this company.
