    Garage cable door repair

    I called 911 garage door repair. B&W showed up. Hernan told me $260 plus tax. He knew what he is doing. Very precise and professional. I will recommend B&W anytime my friend ask me about garage repair.

    When l talked to one of the customers service representatives hi promise to call me and he is going to try to do the best h e could do to make sure to make me happy but he didn't

    This is not the way you treat people because you want to make money. Yes make money is good but where is the humanity .in this situation that right now we are in we are supposed to understand each other and help each other as much as we can. Not promising something and doing something something completely different

With that being said, we have sent out a technician to your house, free of charge, to close your door while you are waiting for the the new one to arrive. It is out of our control that your door had multiple issues. Our time frame and execution has always been impeccable, but unfortunately, review like yours is not doing justice to the way we truly conduct business. Wishing you a good day.

    Great experience

    Spring on our garage door broke . We have received service on the same morning I called. Hernan the technician was fast and very professional. Highly recommend this company. Great experience. Definitely will use their service again . Andrea J.

    Airdrie repair on a cold day

    Great Job, fast response

    Came home on the Sunday of a long weekend to find a broken Spring on our Garage Door. To add to the problems, it snowed and was cold. Thought we would have to wait until Tuesday but called and he was out by 4:00. The door was repaired and working by 5:00. Great job 2 new springs, 2 new cables(optional my choice) Thanks again, highly recommended.

    Broke Spring

    I called on a long weekend to replace a broken garage door spring. Uzi responded quickly, and came on a holiday Monday to make the repair. His cost was as quoted and he accepts credit cards.

    Changed frequency on garage door opener remote and replace remote

    Our garage was broken into and a remote garage door opener from one of our cars was taken. We called Uzi at 9 a.m. and explained our situation. He made the time to come and see us and by noon he changed the frequency on our garage door opener and got us a new remote to replace the one that was taken. Great service during a difficult time.

    Springs

    Really expensive for a 20 minute job. About 150.00 more than others. Quick service but your paying for it. Word of mouth I won’t be recommending just because of price.

    We're really sorry that you feel this way, we always strive to provide great service at reasonable price. We believe that it was a misunderstanding when talking about the price (tech quoted for two springs approximately $300). The usual practice is to change BOTH springs at the same time (when one breaks the other one will go shortly) We have installed a high quality springs from US and did the maintenance on other parts at the same time. We are not sure that other companies that you have contacted quoted per one spring, not both. Also, most other companies will schedule garage repairs 4-5 days from the call NOT the same day service (that includes service itself and travel time).

    Garage door repair - door off track

    B&W is great. We have an old, original garage (circa 1930) with a very large, heavy door. In the winter the garage shifts a bit and the door popped off the track and the spring dislodged. While we know a new garage will be in our future in a couple of years we were hoping for a quick and inexpensive repair to tide us over, and that's exactly what we got -- the value add was the quick appointment (we called Thursday, he came out Saturday morning) and the great service. He completed the work in about an hour at a very fair price and gave our garage an extended life. 10/10, wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
