Scott was great to deal with. He could explain the VOC testing in detail before booking the appointment (next day, thanks again). He was on time, very knowledgeable about all the questions we had and even talked us through the next steps that could be taken if need be while we waited for the result of the VOC test - which is instant, and we will receive the results for the mold probes in a couple of days. We called Eco Abate as we had some water damage and wanted to ensure everything was mitigated before we started renos. Scott was prompt to arrange an visit to perform an assessment. He looked thoroughly at affected areas and explained in detail what he was looking for. He looked closely at the walls with IR and took air samples. He also took a sample off the subfloor of one of the most affected areas for analysis. Scott let us know later that day that everything was good and with a recommendation for cleaning the subfloor to ensure nothing would become active again. The next day we received a detailed report of the findings. We really appreciate the piece of mind Scott has given us and are grateful for his professionalism and expertise and great customer relations. We would definitely call Eco Abate again if we needed such services in the future. Thanks Scott!

Scott and Martin helped us out a lot, came back multiple times for multiple test runs while the mold abatement was ongoing, consulted and even let us borrow some of their equipment. Really appreciate their effort.

We needed to check to see if our house contained unacceptable levels of mold spores. Scott used an infra-red camera to detect areas with higher than normal moisture then identified areas of mold. He also took air samples from three rooms and provided a full report the next day.
