    Replacement of Shingles

    Jason and his team were incredible! Jason was quick to respond to an inquiry and able to start work straight away. His team worked fast, worked hard, were extremely polite while they were on the job and they really cleaned up after the job was done. Would definitely recommend Ultimate Home Services to friends and family.

    Jason was very quick to reply back to me for my request in replacing or fixing my roof. The work was done the same day. Jason was very courteous and communication with him was very convenient and easy for me. I would recommend him and the company to my family and friends for sure. Thank you for your very good service.     Replacing missing shingles on my roof

    Jason was very responsive and accomodating in our communications. There were no surprises and I appreciate the fact that he put a guarantee behind his work. The price was also fair. Would recommend and use again.

    Roof Replacement

    Very satisfied with the service Jason and his team provided. Jason has always been responsive to my calls, reliable and friendly. Had a troubling leak in my roof and after having a roof replacement, I have not seen the leak since. Happy with the service and product. Would recommend Ultimate Home Services to anyone who is looking for a good roof contractor.

    Emergency Roof Repair

    Ultimate Home Services were recommended to me by PMT Home Services, who I found on Homestars. I had been extremely impressed with PMT (see my reviews), so felt I could trust Ultimate. Jason came to do a (no obligation) estimate, and I feared the worst because of how steep and dangerous my roof is, and this was right at the peak. Jason gave me two options - reconstruct the flat roof portion of my roof , which was leaking like crazy ($2,500), or simply cover it with a membrane ($500). He said it was structurally sound enough that the membrane would hold it for many years, preventing any more leaks from occurring. He also spotted a couple of other places that needed sealing, which he did for no extra charge. I asked him if he could remove a dish/antenna that had been on the house since we moved it. and was ugly. He removed that and disposed of it, again for no charge! So I got an expert, timely repair, leaks fixed I didn't even know I had, and an eyesore removed. all for $500 plus taxes. This company is fast, professional and reasonably priced, so I would highly recommend them for any roofing or other home services, based upon my experience.

    New roof

    Jason was extremely friendly and very honest. Gave me an initial quote up front and thoroughly explained his price. He was quick to always reply to my messages. His crew did a great job and a fantastic clean up. Would highly recommend them!

    Roof fixing. Eavesthrough fixing

    Last spring when there was damage on the roof of my house, he did very good job fixing it. And this time he fixed eavestrough too. When I asked, he responded right away and got the job done quickly. He is very reliable.

    Eavestrough, roofing

    Jason has done various jobs for us eavestrough and roofing as well as branch removal of limbs from our mature trees. He is quick, efficient and comes prepared for the job. He has a state of the art fully equipped truck and all top quality tools to get the job done in a quick and timely manner

    New Roof and Misc. Repairs

    Over the past few years, I have used Ultimate Home Services for roof repair for my primary residence and installing a new roof at a rental property. It is rare to find a company who cares about the work they do even after collecting their money. Jason has been extremely responsive to my requests (via phone or text). Most recently, we realized that a raccoon had damaged part of our roof and within 24 hours of me calling Jason, the damage was taken care. I have recommended Ultimate Home Services to friends and family and will continue to do so based on my positive experiences.

    New roof and eavestrough

    Jason and his crew came over in Oct this year for new shingles and eavestrough. They did a great job. The crew was courteous and went about doing their job. I have no problem using Ultimate Home Services again for other home project. Keep up the quality work and customer service Thanks Lap
