I HAD TWO OR THEE LARGE LIMBS THAT WERE BRUSHING AND HITTING MY CHIMNEY. CAUSED DAMAGE TO MY CAPS ON THE CHIMNEY. I HAD RECEIVED A COUPLE OF QUOTES AND THEY WERE REASONABLE. A CREW OF THREE MEN CAME PROMPTLY ON DAY OF CUTTING AND CUT THE LIMBS AS QUOTED. AM RECOMMENDING FREYER AND HIS CREW AT THIS TIME. THEY ALSO CLEANED THE WORKSITE AND REMOVED ALL LIMBS CAEFULLY. Safe, reliable and professional service by Freyr and his team at reasonable price. Everything went as planned and without any surprises. I would recommend and also hire again. I received a tree permit from the city of Markham in December. Freyr definately recommended the best day to do the job and executed the job in an excellent manner.

Freyr and his team helped me remove massive tree branches that have cracked and about to fall. They came to inspect the tree and the next day it was removed. His team came insured, polite, and very tidy. Freyr's team provided a very reasonable price, and knowing their team is solid, I am looking forward to them taking care of my outdoors all year round!

The job done was ok. However, they've promised me a proof of payment which I still haven't got it after a year.

I am very happy with the service that we received when they cut down 3 very large but dead ash trees on our property. The team was professional, prompt and efficient and they did a very hard job safely and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company and would have no hesitation hiring them again.

These guys are unbelievable and impeccably clean. In one afternoon they took the overgrowth and tops off three large trees making them look perfect and more functional relating to atmosphere and sun. They were organized methodical and clean beyond belief and the price was more than fair.

We had a tree that tore one of its main branches during a wind storm. The branch was now sitting precariously on top of a few other trees, and had to be removed before it fell on someone/something. Jose and his colleagues were super professional and friendly, and gave us an extremely competitive quote to remove the branch despite it being very large and very difficult to access. During this first project, Jose noticed that the tree was not in great shape because ants had severely infested the main junction of the tree. We were so impressed with Jose's work that we contacted Castor Tree Services again and worked with Freyr this time to remove the tree. Freyr was also very friendly, polite, and professional. He let us know that we would have to submit an emergency permit to the city to remove the tree (because it was so large) and provided us with support to obtain the permit. The removal of the tree went smoothly, and my parents were given quite an entertaining show of Freyr's people and chunks of the tree swinging around in the backyard because they had to remove the tree piece by piece.

Freyr and his team were responsive and gave a quote that was more reasonable than other companies. They came on time and removed a huge branch from a Manitoba maple in my yard quickly, safely and cleaned up very well. Freyr was pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend.
